This is a pretty good AmPm. The employees are always very nice. It's always clean, and service is good and fast especially for how busy they always seem to be. The parking lot is a bit small and awkward, but all in all a good store. They even allow the restroom to be used. Not many places do so anymore so that is a plus also.

Twice I have gotten ripped off buy Arco so get a reciept watch the change they give you. Once the guy said do you mind if I make it 28.00 said thats fine I was pulled up enough where I couldn't see what pump read so I backed up saw it wasn't 28.00 it was less so I waited till he came back out told him he gave me the wrong change. Made Me mad the second time cause I had tipped I said no reciept dum me never again always a reciept!! was in a hurry to pick a friend up from doctor appointment when I was driving I thought I didn't get enough change back so I called he says let me talk to cashier comes back says it was 28.90 but the girl at the pump said 26.16 and these two happen at Arco portland road. Arco on market street in oregon very disheartening. Imagine if they did that all day long 1.00 or 2.00 all day.

Service is slow, never more than 1 cashier, but the self service gas is never a wait.

I dont like say anything wrong on places i go but i have to this time and im making a complaint about it.
So i went to get gas and i saw a car park in the handicap spot and i ask one of the attendants whos car was that and he sed that it was hes so i sed do you have a handicap permit n he sed yes i do so i asck for him to at least make it visible. Then he sed i really dont have one. I sed you know thats illegal to park without a permit he got close to me and he sed i dont give a f------ im the owner. I sed you need to have respect towards your customers then he told me a gain i dont give a f------ if some one comes they can park somewhere else
That's truly unprofessional from there side

Great selection and pleasant and effective employees. I do love the F'Real milkshakes tho! And they have treats for my kitty too! Our daily snack stop.
