Dillon. Was amazing!! I meant to choose #5 above on question one. He was knowledgeable, kind, engaged with us personally and professionally. We have had a couple of negative experiences the past two visits to other locations and were extremely happy to that we had the pleasure of Dillions expertise and help. He recommended new programs, accessories and helped us set everything up prior to leaving. We are so happy and feel confident if we have questions in the future that Dillion will be happy and available to help us. Thank you so much Dillion for making our day great:)

These employees are knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They helped me to understand the procedure of AT&T billing and what devices were available to me. The representative in this branch was patient and handled my confusion with grace. I worked with Andy, and I would encourage anyone who feels hesitant or unsure about switching their phone service provider or about AT&T to stop by this location and ask for him, I am confident he will be able to get you the service and devices you need!!

The team at the store was very nice, particularly Cam, but the service from the team has been atrocious. Cam convinced me to try Air, with promises that if cancelled within a week, there would be no charges or issues of any kind.
Air was great, but not for my gamer son with the requirements to be near a window and such, so I cancelled the service promptly within the time frame I was allotted.
Three months later and countless caps to figure out what is happening, I have been sent to collections for a charge I do not owed.
Everyone promises me they have fixed the issue every time I have called, everyone commiserates with me, but no one can figure out how to correct the issue.
Truly appalling, and is making rethink if I want to move to another cell company.

Yasmeen was very sweet and friendly . Also, Very patient with us and very detail oriented. I had a lot of questions and she was on point with every single one of them. Her math skills are amazing she's definitely in the right position. We need more people like her in customer service !!!! And she's bilingual so we spoke Spanglish half the time and she responded haha

My experience at this store was horrible. Dan was incredibly rude. I went for help with a change to my direct tv & after this I will be switching service carriers.

The people at the store were amazing. Not only were they attentive and knowledgeable when they were selling us things they were very patient in helping us when we didn't understand some programing some options and went back with our new phones.

Cat was immensely helpful! She provided the best customer service experience I've had with AT&T. She was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. All staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Hands-down the best location in town.
