The AT&T store in Lancaster is a franchise store. I was not impressed at all with the service. A week ago they told us one thing then a week later I took my neighbor back in so she could trade her phone in and we were told something completely different. My neighbor was so mad at them she was near tears. I will not take her back to that store! I'll take her to a real AT&T store.
