I stopped by with my kids for some pepperoni nuggets, but they were in the oven for 7 minutes. The staff was nice enough to offer to hold some for me if I ordered and walked around the mall until they were ready. When I walked back past there, they had them ready for me. The staff that day was very polite and helpful. The pretzels were as expected :)

The quality of food, staff and cleanliness has GREATLY improved since my first visit in 2017. I've had two recent visits and both times the staff were friendly, made great suggestions for items I had not thought about, and were careful to get my order done correctly as well as quickly. I'd give them five stars, but then there would be no room for improvement (though I can't think of anything at the moment). Definitely would return, and highly recommend others give them a try.

Very nice pretzels but the staff is not good at all. Most of them are students and it seems they don't know anything about manners and service. Good pretzels Bad Staff.

This morning I wanted to buy a small size of pretzels nuggets, but ready they only had the big size, so they ask me if I came back in 5 minutes, after 5 or 10 minutes I went back and another worker asked me to come back in 10 minutes. I got tired of the bad costumer service and left without pretzels!

Went to order a large pretzel. The line was going slow, and I was told it would be an 8-10 minute wait for a pretzel. I had other things to do, so I said that I would be back, and they responded with "you have to make an order for it, otherwise we won't make it". What???? I've been to other locations that had the large pretzels ready. My advice, don't go if you don't have a ton of time to kill.

an employee named crystal took the wheelchair from my grandpappy and told him to use his legs. his legs haven’t worked in years. in another instance, one employee asked for dimes but she ignored her. the worker had to give me 50c in pennies due to her pettiness. i won’t be returning.

They have really good pretzels hand maid but a have to wait for them like 25 minutes and I got them burn or overcooked,not fear ?

Used to be way better now they stop making pretzels half hour before the close, are unhelpful with the app, and young staff are rude.

Just ordered from door dash, the food arrived burnt and very difficult to eat. Worse experience I've had yet. Usually love the place.

I created an order on dash pass at 7:15pm. At 7:50 I get a notification that my order was canceled. ??? Great customer service and communication.... not. You could have at least informed me sooner, that way I could have made more reliable arrangements to feed my kids.

Amazing pretzels. I have tried soft pretzels before. Years before to be truthful, and they were less than outstanding.But Auntie Anne's has now got a soft pretzel which is truly amazing. Whilst I prefer to have the cheese sauce with mine, for those who choose to, marinara is available as well.

30 plus minutes to close and they couldn't make the 2 pretzel dog special that they advertise with a big poster in front. According to the counter person, they can't make those orders after a certain time. I asked if he could. Honor the deal with pepperoni pretzels instead? We couldn't do that. He wasn't rude and continue on with great service. I didn't want to give him a hard time as this may just be want others are telling him. I have been a manager with customer service and if we are advertising anything, we always honor it until we close. There is no such thing we can't make you something especially when you have signs up. I figured they would throw away their extras and according to policy he couldn't do that. I used a complimentary coupon for the free pretzel so I figured oh well - next time we will come earlier or go elsewhere to spend our money. I would appreciate if someone from the company could answer of this policy is true? I constantly run into poor or uninformed service from this place. I do not fault the employees as they are young and maybe not informed or trained.

Personally I really love their pretzels and pretzel dogs but I think they are overpriced.
