Bought a new screen and battery for my used Iphone 11 Pro Max on May 28, 2025. Both things never worked well as they were NOT official Apple products. Finally after less than 3 months the battery totally failed and I finally bought a new Apple Iphone 16 Pro Max which is what I should have done in the first place !! I will never use this store again for this kind of repair. BEWARE !!
follow up.. based on the owners reply the other day i called their customer service number and talked to my local store that had repaired my iphone 11 pro max .. they were very professional and mentioned that my battery they had provided 3 months ago had a 6 month warranty. they replaced the bad battery with another one immediately and the phone is working perfectly now. No charge !! I am satisfied that this store will provide great service and backup their products with good warranties.. I will use them in the future for sure..

Told me it would take less than ten minutes to replace my key fob said they were going to give me a blank key to cut later. I let them know i was in a huge hurry as i work twelve hours a night and sixteen days in a row, one day off then sixteen more. Then they cut the key i told them not to cut and made all sorts of excuses. Very unprofessional and rude

I purchased a battery and I paid for installation because at the moment I didn't have the tools with me thats why I paid for installation but the person who installed for me forgot to lock the battery and left it loose and the screw was left it there lucky I did my oil change today and my mechanic saw it and screwed the little belt that tight the battery, that was a big mistake by battery plus employees... disappointed

I small piece of my key fob broke I needed to be re-soldered and a very kind gentleman. Let me know over the phone. He would give it a try if I brought my key in well I ended up doing so and he was very patient and very kind and ended up re-soldering my key fob and didn’t charge me a dime he was a literal savior and the service was all around great!

Purchased battery for quad on line. Quick response to order and accuracy for type of battery. The execution of filling with battery acid to proper level fell short. I got it home and recognized it and had to finish filling to proper level.
They also put the hard sell on me to buy other products when completing transaction. They were all courteous in the process.

I always have good service at the Batteries Plus store in East Salem. My car fob occasionally took a couple of tries, but since I had purchased a lifetime battery around 5 years ago, they replaced it immediately with no further charge.
My iPhone was not keeping a full charge after a few years, so for $90, it runs like new!

I went in to check for battery on google pix 4. I apologize for forgetting his name, but he contacted a repair service for me that was authorized by google. They had to order the battery since they have been overwhelmed since the update and said they would call when it was in, so I thank Batteries Plus for the excellent service even though it was to a competitor.
