This location specifically was enough for me to never go to any Battery Exchange EVER!
Their attitude as I walked up was almost suggesting I was a burden. They saw me walk up, and I still had to approach the two of them for help.
This was actually the second or third time I've been there recently, and it was the same attitude every time.
I would happily pay double to not go here again for anything, period.

After a long road trip, my battery died, and my car would not start without a jump. After pulling into Battery Exchange, despite there being several other customers ahead of me, my car was serviced almost immediately, and I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes. Tip: Get the best of the different battery options for your vehicle to get the longest 3-year warranty for service. Highly recommend.

Avoid this place like the plague bought a battery in 2022 with the stamp on it and a 84 month warranty they wouldn’t exchange it cause I didn’t have a receipt and they upgraded there pos. So they lost everyones info. but they offered 20% off a new battery. why would I buy another vehicle or Rv battery from you guy again if you cant warranty the battery I have now. Lessoned learned buy from Walmart or Costco a big box store where they will always have your info on file.

In the last two days we purchased a battery for our riding mower, and unexpectedly, the very next day, we had to buy a battery for our Nissan Rogue. The mower battery was put in by us, but the car battery was installed by Battery X-Change. The two men who helped us, Andre Bennett, and Armando Nino, were friendly, quick, and efficient with the installation. We were pleased with the service, and the price! We will definitely do business with them again!
