This is my favorite nail place in town. I usually get great results from here. Today... not so much. I was very clear about the services I wanted: toes, hands and eyebrow wax. I said it a couple times to a few different people. My beautiful missed it somehow, and I think that was because of the language barrier. Several times she had to get another employee to translate that the color I picked out myself by hand was the one I wanted, or that the picture I showed her of desired nail shape was in fact the shape I wanted. In the end, the paint and shape of my nails was sloppy (see pics).Normally this is the best spot. Today was not a great day for them.

It is okay. They prefer appointments. For $95 I expect everything from hot stones to wax and scrub. I got the basic manicure and pedicure with none of the perks. They did a good job, but next time I will request full quality features.

Lady tore off part of my nail when she was removing my old set of acrylics. My nails are crooked and curved. $83 for this set . Absolutely ridiculous no rhinestones nothing special. a basic set don’t go here I don’t recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called on Friday, and made an appt with them for the next day Saturday 4 pm. At 3:50 pm Saturday, I got a call from them asking if I'm on my way there, and I said yes, and that I'm parking already and should be at the salon in time. Well, I got to the salon at 3:55 pm, five minutes early and the man working there usually checking customers in; insisted that I did not have an appt. with them. I showed him the call history and he still blatantly denied that I ever called for an appt. nor about getting a confirmation call minutes ago. It was so frustrating, almost aggravating to be treated this way after doing everything I could on a busy day to get there honorably on time. Never again. The next door nail salon (A.T. Nails), had staff who were warm and accommodating, did my nails instead; and their service was by far better anyway.

I was not overly impressed with the pedicure I got here. The chair was uncomfortable, the water was too hot at first, and my nail technician carried on a nonstop conversation in Laos the entire time he was doing my feet. I’m not bilingual so I didn’t know what he was saying and felt as if he rushed through my pedicure. My feet still had areas that needed buffing and the polish wasn’t applied well. For the price I paid, I expect to feel pampered and I definitely did not leave with that feeling. Nor with a good quality of work done. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a pedicure. I have had a manicure done here once and was very happy with that.

Absolutely the worst pedicure experience of my life. The woman cut my nails and rounded them to an extreme degree. Within 3 days I had a terrible ingrown nail. I had to stop her several times during the pedicure as it was extremely painful and I don't believe she actually had any idea what she was doing. Under no circumstances will I ever return.

Took my 5 year old in for her first pedicure and had a great experience! Staff were friendly and professional. It was so quiet in the salon and relaxing.

Went to have my nails done the first lady started then left me setting there for 15 minutes or so, she nicked my skin and made me bleed. Then another lady came and was very slow doing my nails then I was charged extra since it took so long. They didn't tell me that the cateye gels would take longer and cost more.Service: Gel manicures
