Loved getting my pedicure done here. They were so nice and helpful. I was able to relax enjoy my pedicure and even snook in getting my eyebrows waxed. So happy I found them and they were able to see my last minute.

TL;DR: Horrible experience. Left with numerous cuts that are still bleeding days later. Gel manicure already chipped.
My friend and I went here for gel manicures on Friday at 10am. What a horrible experience. The manicurist doing my friend's nails cut her fingers (not cuticle - finger) THREE times on different fingers. At the time I am writing this, her fingers are painful and still bleeding.
My nails, despite being gel, have already started chipping.
The manicurists were distracted and abrupt with us during the service. It seemed that one manicurist's adult son came in during my appointment and kept showing her videos to watch.
The two manicurist's talked loudly to each other during our appointment and got annoyed when we would speak with each other.
We still ended up paying close to $70 for painful, poor quality, bad service nail appointment.
When I tried to reach out directly to resolve these issues, they told me cuts happen and there is nothing they could do.
Avoid here at all costs.

I didn’t catch his name, but the man that works there did a wonderful job on my pedi! He has strong hands and gives a great massage! Plus he’s very thorough and does a great job on the nails, cuticles and polish! Will definitely be back!

Nails were filed crooked and the polish application was pretty bad. Also, the tools used to clip my cuticles was probably not sanitized and was put back into the same cup she took it out of at the start of the service and she moved onto the next person using the same nippers.

Last time I was rushed cause my gal wanted her break. I found my big toe nail cut short while all others long & sharp. Crappy job! Today my feet are sitting in hot water, in a hot day, and I'm waiting 20 plus minutes w NO offer of ice water. I'm not a priority, even though I had set appt.

Met a friend at this salon for a much-needed mom date at 630pm bc they are the only place open past 7. We both got the spa pedicure with French tip. I absolutely love my toes! She spent a ton of time trimming my cuticles and shaping my nails until they were just right. I don't think I've ever had such a thorough pedicure. Can't wait to go back and get a full set put on my fingernails!
They were friendly, funny and gracious. Highly recommend!!

The guy who did my nails was aggressive and pulled on my fingers, he also cut me a lot. I asked for a light pink color and he didn't applied nail polish very well, you can see missing spots and he also left a lot of glue on my fingers now my fingers are super dry. He was rushing through the whole process, he said they closed at 7pm but on their website said 8pm and he was rushing and kept looking at the clock. He did such a horrible job, I will never go there again super bad experience do not recommend this place save your time. ?

It's been 3 days and my nails are already popping off and they will only fix them not give me a refund I refuse to spend another hour and a half just for them to pop off again so here I am leaving the bad review you guys charge way to damn much for them to pop off days later either get better product and better skills or find a different profession DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
