Might as well just let the place go. They are keeping your cleaning deposit no matter how nice you keep the place. They'll give you a billed statement after with ridiculous amounts of how they stole your money. But that's on them. We all have choices. They choose to be unethical. Below it says they only charge for actual costs... $105 to repair one cabinet in the kitchen... They gave back $235 out of $600. The place was in almost identical shape as the day I took it. If they say otherwise they are straight up dishonest. Just know you won't be getting your security deposit back.

I am a single disabled Mother trying to find a home accessable for my disability. I came across Bertolucci and the people that work there especially Vicki have been working with me to get my application approved. I am a very up beat person that is very to the point and get anxious over things and Vicki has been great. I don't have a bunch of money or well off at all so when you all read this I don't want you to think "oh she probably has money" they have treated me with respect and kindness and I am very thankful for this I today's world. Never just read bad reviews and think they're the cause. Try to be fair and speak to people with respect and you'll receive the same. Thank you Vicki!! (Edit) I was unable to rent from this company.

Daniella and this management company took over my building and I can't say enough about the way they have turned this apt around for the good. Plus the things the last company refused to help me with after over 7 years here, this company has fixed and Daniella took a real interest in my well being. These are humans who care about their tenants. Its not all about the money and i love them. I FEEL like they are my family and at 72 years old and alone that is a wonderful feeling.

I have been renting with Bertolucci Management for over 3 years and they have always been absolutely amazing! Every time we have ever needed anything they are available within a day or so. They have been incredibly courteous with us and always make sure we are taken care of. I refer them to everyone I know looking for rentals and couldn't imagine working with anyone else. All of their team has been spectacular, and I hope to remain in the same home for years to come! If for whatever reason we must leave this home, we will absolutely work with them again for our future home. I wish more management companies were like this!!

I applied for an apartment that no one applied for and couldn't pass the background or credit checkThey were very friendly but didn't let me explain my situation along with guaranteed rent with a good paying job. Typical, nothing special property management company. Recommend them if your past is squicky clean.

Be advised. This company will not tell you us their reason for denying your rental application. We have paid them $110 for the application money and provided them extensive confidential information. I’ve communicated with them extensively providing everything that they’ve needed, They claimed I did not submit a complete application. And I asked repeatedly for what else they needed. Supposedly they’ll be sending a letter. I wouldn’t want to rent from a company that has such poor communication skills.

So far we have been very impressed with this company. They’ve been very helpful with reaching out and making sure they had everything they needed to successfully process our applications. We have been with our current landlord for three years now, and are nervous to leave our great landlord for the unknown. The kindness we’ve received from the employees thus far have made us feel a bit more on the excited end of house hunting! We are looking forward to hopefully working with them further.

So far, I have been very impressed with this company. Every employee we've spoke with has been very kind, professional, and helpful. We've been with the same landlord/company for three years, so we're nervous to move and hoping to enjoy our new management as much as we do at our current home. Bertolucci was just the management company that helped pair us with the best landlord in Salem (imo). We lived in the Moore building and it was secure, private, and best of all not too many tenants since I prefer smaller complexes. Moving in and moving out was the easiest I have had in all of the places I’ve rented. Apartment was clean at move in (something that was a glaring miss at our new apartment in Colorado). Any normal wear and tear problems were addressed promptly. The price is great for living downtown so close to public transport, but in a secured building so that not everyone can get in. If we ever find ourselves in Oregon again, we will be trying here first.
