Keeping this brief. Since the longtime Store Manager left and the new crew took over, OPs, CS, and overall feel of the experience changed for the worse.
My time, energy, gas, and frustration should be worth more than $40.00 bucks guys. You sold me a $300+ dollar product that failed in just 3 days, then I was misinformed by a Team Member on pricing. Your problem solving came up with this: A. Refund, B. $40.00 off the next model up. You have lost a "Total Customer"., why, not willing to make an exception, but stick to S.O.P..
District Leadership Team.........this stores leadership Team needs a refresher in "one off exceptions, empathy, and sticky situations". Maybe a bit of retraining around employee empowerment. I left with nothing after the interaction. Store Manager seemed steadfast and satisfied in his final decision and showed very little empathy.

I had a feeling going into Best Buy was going to make me sad. I wasn't wrong. I get it that times have changed, and nobody buys DVDs anymore, CDs, etc... but to see empty shelves and racks where currently sold items should be was awful. The few staff we interacted with were nice enough, except for the guy near the TV dept who couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone while half-heartedly asked if we needed anything. Ultimately, we didn't find the tv we were looking for, but I sure do miss the Best Buy of old.
Time marches on, I suppose.

It has been a while since I have been in Best Buy very nice and friendly people helping I was there to buy a Sony Laser projector it was a little bit of a pain not Best Buy’s fault but the person that helped me made it work the sweet thing was that it was 1k off what a deal then went off sale the next day I am so glad that I went there thank you Best Buy!!

Checked on cell phones and one girl that worked there was my worst experience ever there. Rude unfriendly and thank God for the bearded gentleman there he was every standard best buy should be.

Lots of variety and options. Great place to compare and shop different brands. Male sure to check out their open box section! Pretty knowledgeable staff that is usually helpful.

I have tech experience and felt let down that 2 people there didn't understand what I wanted. I was not arrogant or anything I learn every day. Not derogatory, I love Best Buy.
