The Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn is a nice and clean hotel offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms are solid and reasonably clean, often featuring two sinks, a microwave, and a mini fridge. The facility has a large indoor pool with a hot tub, a gym with Pelotons, and laundry facilities. Staff are very professional, super friendly, and provide good cookies at check-in. While the hotel does not serve breakfast on-site, it provides vouchers or a coupon for Denny's next door. There is complimentary coffee and bottled water. The area seems safe enough with lots of parking, though there is nothing really to walk to nearby. It is easy to access the highway.

Service was excellent, my only complaint is the breakfast is at Dennys across the parking lot, and the food was not good at all. Hope the Hotel serves their own breakfast one day.

The front desk staff was amazing, we came up for a fun event and they went out of their way to support and assist us in every way. Rooms were clean and super comfortable, pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent. This is my second stay here and will be my go to in Salem
