It's not the greatest. I got a skirt steak/flank steak that was all membrane. They would not let me return the inedible meat. Go to a local butcher and put your money back into the local economy.

This place is miles above what you get at Costco or Walmart. The quality of the meat is the best steak you can buy in Salem.
Me and two friends got together and purchased their beef share options where you can get a quarter or a half of a cow worth of beef. The price was so good it's actually cheaper than buying ground beef at the supermarket. With the quarter cow options, we are getting T-bone steaks for the same price that Walmart is selling ground beef for.
