I would normally give Bi-Mart a five star rating, but disappointed with service this time. There were five people in line with one checker. There were three other employees at the front desk just chatting with no customer in site. Someone finally called for another checker, but they did not show up until there were only two people left. Also, Yelp shows Bi-Mart closed on Sundays

I have been to this store about 6 times since moving here. I went in today and used the restroom. It was dirty with piss on the floor. I tried to tell a manager, a short skinny blond with glasses. I got the word restroom out as she kept walking away, pointing to the restrooms. I asked where she was going, that I wasn't finished telling her what the problem was. It must have been her break because she really wasn't interested. Then I got in line with a cashier, who looks like Chewbaca's sister. She didn't say a word. She asked if I wanted a bag. Yes, I said. She put it in a bag and gave me a receipt and said here. She was unpleasant and had a bad attitude. I wonder who is charge of these turds. I have seen this manager before and she just ignores the customers. Apparently no one gives a rats-ass.

One of the major Northwest based department store chains before the Walmarts started taking over, I'm proud to see Bi-Mart is still afloat after all of these years. The regular theme at any Bi-Mart is maximizing the value for all the products they carry, which is a fancy way of simply noting that everything is supposedly affordable. And for the most part, things are definitely on the cheaper end. I've long forgotten that Bi-Mart is also a membership driven company, which in turn means additional savings for anyone who is a member. How much does that cost? A lifetime membership is $5. Yes, really. I'm usually in here scouring for TJ Maxx type stuff -- which revolves around home furnishings and gifts. I've never been too thrilled about the lines of clothing they feature or the electronics they have on display. I personally think they excel in hardware and health care, which for the latter is kind of nice if one has a prescription filled here. I've been able to find some really quality power tools and specific gadgets for everything from lawn & garden to electrical stuff. While I appreciate the antiquated charm of the place (it really hasn't updated much, or it appears to look like a store from decades before), I can't help but say they could use a better staff around here. I haven't found much help in locating certain items and I find that the attitude of many employees here is lacking. I usually end up calling while I'm in the store to see if they carry something and where I can find it. Their parking lot is huge and it's never too crowded here. They do have sales of course all the time, but even those targeted savings aren't enough to get a Black Friday type crowd in here. I would tend to call that a good thing.

I've shopped here for 20 years. I went to buy a scope cover and the women behind the counter acted like it was a waste of her time... I told her the size then she grabbed every size and laid it on the counter. I grabbed what I wanted and just walked away. I don't think I will shop at this location again.

Bi Mart has useful items that other stores don't bother to carry. For example, I was shopping for a baseball. Wal-Mart eliminated their baseball selection. Bi Mart had baseballs for sale. In the housewares department, Bi Mart is well-stocked with good gadgets. They also carry sturdy Ames garden tools. For unpretentious shopping, go to Bi Mart.
