Went in recently to get some cleats. Casey was an amazing help. I asked her to grab my size for two different styles of shoe from the back. I didn’t like either of the two options I asked for. Casey asked what I was looking for, and she found a style of cleat that works perfectly for me! My fiancé also bought a pair, and Casey was more than happy to run to the back for new sizes and styles until we found the perfect pair. After all this, we checked out with Augustin. He was wonderfully friendly, and told us about some excellent deals Big 5 offers. After our interactions with Casey and Augustin, we will make sure to shop here again for our sporting goods needs.

I always thought it was a woman's dress store but it's pretty cool. Has lots of men or women stuff and even a small section of hardware, sporting goods, shoes, anyways, pretty interesting place.

If they close at 8:30 p. m. on SATURDAY, then why are there doors locked at 8:15 p. m. ? This is very disheartening that the staff would close 15 minutes prior to what they Post on their door and the Internet. I wonder if they even locked the door earlier than that?

They were very nice and understanding when we came back to do an exchange. Our air mattress was not the size the manufacture said it was. They helped us but unfortunately even the second one wasn't the right size. The manager went and helped us find a different one and even helped us measure it! I believe her name was Alexandria. She was awesome!

What's not to love about big 5? They have everything for camping, fishing, ect. Nice friendly staff.
