Person for today was rude from the start with an attitude. Messed up one of my eyebrows. I’ve always been going to to this place hopefully next time is a better experience.

I'm so upset I forgot to ask the girl yesterday what her name was so I can come back to her. I just moved to the area and needed someone to do my eyebrows who wasn't going to mess up the shape and thick look to them. This girl did an AMAZING job. It did hurt a little (threading usually does, though my lady back home uses thick string so it doesn't) but it was WELL worth it.

If you're in the area, I sincerely recommend getting your eyebrows done here. I’ve been coming since 2015—nearly ten years now! Even though I no longer reside in Salem, I always make sure to stop by whenever I’m in town. I also always find a way to stop by for special events.
Not only do they do a beautiful job, but Malik is also a wonderful person to catch up with. He’s truly dedicated to his work, and it shows in the care and attention he gives every customer.

I went in for an eyebrow tint and threading. I ask for black tint, lady ignored me and did dark brown. And the eyebrows came out terrible. Not shaped well, spotty. I didn't catch the girls name but she was there at 7:30 pm 6/20/2025. I won't be coming back to this place.

I went over there yesterday for the first time and the lady did a great job.. even i have a weird shape she found a way to make them look better.. I saw some bad coments over this place but I guess some people think they can do miracles jaja I know I'm not the only one with weird eyebrows shape!

Been coming here for almost 7 years, and since then I have NEVER gone anywhere else and never will I ever again!! I can't say it enough, THEY ARE AAALL SOO AMAZING!!! I can't rave enough about this place, you will ABSOLUTELY love your face even more after they get ahold of your eyebrows or lashes! The owner is so knowledgeable, and he truly cares about his clients and making sure that they are happy with the end result. He personally teaches all of the employees everything he knows, so rest assured, you're always in good caring hands. If you haven't tried them yet, then you definitely have to try out this place. You won't regret it!! 😁
