This was my first appointment at Boutique Nails and I had the best experience ever. The staff was great! They joked around with the clients and each other with no yelling across the salon. My last pedicure in a different salon the staff were fighting, the lady working on me complained about coworkers. Boutique was nothing like that. They knew their regulars by name when they came in, it was pleasant to see.
While this salon is not super close to me, I definitely will be coming back.

I was a walk-in. Everyone was so friendly. I was brave ( for once) and provided a reference photo and they did an excellent job. The finished design is pretty close to the photo I showed them and definitely captures the vibe of what I wanted. Spring nails with yellow flowers and perfect little white bows.

I absolutely would recommend this Nail Spa to family and friends. I love Kevin's work, but Bella and Andy and skilled nail technicians as well. I enjoy the clean, inclusive, easy going environment. Even though I am childless I appreciate that they allow mothers to bring their children in with them so mothers have a chance to get their nail care. In my experience Kevin listens carefully, and is open to suggestions when doing nails. I like a pink or nude set, and have not been disappointed with my results. When getting pampered I always pay attention to how others are treated beyond the service, and this establishment is filled with kind hearted individuals. 10/10 would recommend to the community!
Requested style: All stylists are open to requested styles and are honest about nail care.
Cleanliness: Very clean, newly remodeled.
Stylist: All are skilled and kind.

Got a shellac manicure on Tuesday and it started chipping on Wednesday. He didn't fully clean up my cuticles and just painted over rigid pieces of cuticle. I was a little taken aback by how bad they looked when it was done but don't like to complain so I paid ($42 + tip) and left. But after they started chipping after one day decided to leave a review. Super disappointed and definitely will not be back. I think the person who did my nails was Andy.

I was just in Salem for work but had some extra time. They took me quickly and did an excellent job - pedicure and gel nails. Very relaxing and perfect work!

These are pictures 4 days after.
I asked for a simple pink to white ombré and was told my natural nails were too short. So I got tip extensions and they still said a French manicure was going to be better. This is what I got with the dip powder. The tip extensions separated from my nail and the dip powder didn’t come down to my cuticles. I had to get them taken off less than a week later.
The other nail salon essentially laughed

The reason I’m writing this review is because I felt like I wasn’t treated with respect at this salon. When I arrived after making my appointment by phone, I was greeted with “what do you want?” Then the man that did my nails was singing songs from the TV as if not paying attention to what he was doing. My nails look very uneven, sloppy and painful. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it’s clean “looking”, and the girl that works there helped me decide on the color I wanted and was more personable than the adults there!!! Don’t waste your time here if you want acrylic nails. ?

Rare treat and was invited with a group. Quality far exceeded my expectations in terms of duration of the manicure and pedicure received. Pedicure is approximately one month and not a single chip even though I spent 7 days in the ocean on and off. My only disappointment has been trying to reach them for a follow up on my nails.I spent one day calling periodically over the course of 5 hours during their work hours and could not reach a person or voicemail.Staff is polite and kind with high quality work and experience.
