I only take my vehicles to Brook's Automotive for repairs & oil changes. They treat their customer's right & they never try to convince you that your car needs something that it doesn't. Very honest & trustworthy people.

Wasn't sure if I should even review, but has gotten worse.Rear light bulb needed replacing. Got to the shop early. Felt like the person behind the counter was experienced with how quickly he got the rear light off and bulb replaced.Now looking back on the interaction, he was very quick to get me on my way once light was in. I thought it was extremely generous he only charged me $5.99 for the bulb. I was ready to 5 star review. Until I got home.The dual bulb he replaced works great, but after reinstalling the tail light, he broke the bottom bulb. Now I have broken glass rolling around inside tail light and heavy condensation from rain getting from improper reinstalling.Guess if you're an out-of-towner you take the risk. Disappointing.
