I have been taking my vehicles to Brooks automotive for 20 years. They have always been honest and professional, explaining the issues as well as suggesting future maintenance concerns without pressure. We brought in my wife's Buick Enclave today, with an intermittent issue as well as general maintenance. They completed all the work they promised and returned a great running car again. They are very Veteran friendly, and we can say enough how highly we value their service and skills. They are, and alway will be, my go to shop!!

Wasn't sure if I should even review, but has gotten worse.Rear light bulb needed replacing. Got to the shop early. Felt like the person behind the counter was experienced with how quickly he got the rear light off and bulb replaced.Now looking back on the interaction, he was very quick to get me on my way once light was in. I thought it was extremely generous he only charged me $5.99 for the bulb. I was ready to 5 star review. Until I got home.The dual bulb he replaced works great, but after reinstalling the tail light, he broke the bottom bulb. Now I have broken glass rolling around inside tail light and heavy condensation from rain getting from improper reinstalling.Guess if you're an out-of-towner you take the risk. Disappointing.
