I bought a Toyota RAV4 today at Capital Toyota and had the best experience! I haven't purchased a new vehicle in almost 20 years and honestly didn't know what to expect. My experience was amazing and everyone who helped me was kind, fun and professional. They listened to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much to all of the people involved in helping me get a new vehicle and making me feel like family. Special thanks to Billy Hamill, Carli Lufkin, David Quezada and Blake Watanabe! Job well done and my first ever Toyota purchase. I'll be back to buy more Toyota's in the future for sure!

Joey and Carlos are awesome!
My sister went to get her first car. Got a Toyota Rav4 and they helped make sure she had an awesome and wonderful first time experience. Everyone there is very helpful! Rafael and Pablo also helped make sure we were doing good and had everything we needed during it all! Very great hospitality all around. Joey really knows his stuff!

Zero stars if I could. The tech listened to my issues and then educated me on alarm systems, all but said we aren't going to do anything and then babysat my car for 5 hours and did nothing. Terrible terrible service from Jonathan.

Had a great experience here! It was my first time buying from a dealership. In my shopping I visited several dealerships, even another Toyota dealership, and Capitol Toyota was by far my favorite. Everyone I engaged with - Joey, Billy, and Jona, and all the others who just said hi to me- were all awesome. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me at all. They all put in extra effort to get me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Called there this morning to see if a RAV4 they had advertised was still on the lot. As I was driving from Portland I didn’t want to make the drive for nothing. Talked to Tristan who said he would send me a text to give me directions and start some paperwork. I had an appointment to meet him at 12:30. While he did text me he never responded after.
So I show up, at 12:30 after driving an hour to find someone had already started paperwork on the RAV4. Unbelievable.
It may have been better if Tristan ever came down to talk to me as I waited 45 minutes for him and Alex, who is definitely new by the name tag that said so, was very helpful and tried to get him twice. So thank you Alex, you may be the only saving grace of that waste of a trip. Not a single other person even came to talk to me other than him.
This place is your classic, bullshit, bait and switch carlot, that could not care less. Highly do not recommend!

The parts personnel was also very helpful.
