The most relaxing car buying experience I have had. Andres was very helpful. We felt no pressure. They let us have time to talk amongst ourselves and do our research. They offered us add ons, but it was our choice to take them or not. We are first time Subaru buyers.

The service that I got here was not very helpful. Tried telling me my transmission service was due after 100,000 mi. That's when the powertrain warranty ends. It's recommended to have a fluid change between 30 to 60,000 mi on CVT transmissions pending on driving conditions.
Been taking my car to Wilsonville for the
Services. Way more Honest. Meet someone that has family members their. They will put notes in for family members so the won't get haggled or screwed over.

Ruben took wonderful care of my subaru crosstrek purchase. He knew a lot about the cars he was showing me. He spent a lot of time going over all of the features. He was patient when I was wanting to drive a few cars before making a decision. He came in on his day off to be sure I had everything I needed and doing the paperwork and all the things. He even climbed up into my old car to help me transfer items into the new. He went above and beyond!! He was amazing!! I also enjoyed meeting, ‘Love’ the dog! Everyone there at capital was super nice. Adam was great in finance as well, No pressure no stress. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Subaru in Salem!!

I went in to do a transmission service for my Subaru. I had Jordan B as my service advisor. Everyone from the front desk to the folks working on the cars were extremely helpful and personable. They all made me feel like I was more than welcome. Jordan B. went above and beyond with his service. I can't recommend Jordan B and his team enough. Go visit these guys if you have any Subaru needs! They're great and they'll take care of you!

Had a great experience buying my very first brand new car. I found the car I wanted on the Salem Capitol Subaru website. Noah texted me and had the car ready when I got there. I was great no waiting. It was quick and easy. Adam was great at getting all the financial/DMV stuff set up and ready to go. Adam and Noah where both friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get a new car. Also had the remote start put in my car. The service center did a great job too. Angela got me all set up to come in and had a loaner car ready to go when I got there.

I had a really nice experience here. I arranged what I wanted via email/text and Alex Iker was a rockstar. He streamlined the process and I was in at 10, and out at 12 (not a busy day though). Finance Guy did the usual finance guy stuff, but wasn't pushy or selling doom and fear as hard as I've experienced.
All said, the buying process was smooth and easy and I would recommend the drive from Eugene.

Yesterday I bought my first new car & first Suburu ever from Capitol Suburu in Salem & after decades of buying used cars, this was hands down the smoothest and most exciting car buying experience I've ever had. I came for a blue Crosstrek, but had no intention of buying the Wilderness edition until I saw it on the showroom floor. My sales person Anothonny Uribe was super friendly and helped me navigate all the options, and helped me decide that the blue Crosstrek Wilderness in the showroom is my next car... And there just so happened to be a brand new one with a milk roof that arrived the day before, still wrapped in plastic with just 2 miles on the odometer. It is my dream car and I'm so happy with every aspect of my Capitol Suburu experience. The finance manager Adam Smith was also great and helped me get financed quickly with a great low interest rate, and gave me a really warm welcome to the Suburu Family. I couldn't be happier with my Capitol Suburu experience and my new dream car.... Thanks a lot to the whole team!

Noah Mossy did a great job today helping me pair my iPhone to my car again. When using my built-in GPS on Bluetooth, I had trouble with the connection. Andrew Davis and Noah a great “techies” for any trouble with all the buttons and workings inside my Forrester. I will buy my next car here again like I did 3 years ago. Bev Ward.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother brought in her car because the key fobs randomly stopped working. They quoted us $800 to have them fixed And we agreed. After a week, they said my mom’s car was fixed so we went to pick it up and the car wouldn’t start so we had to leave it for another week. They called us after they got the keys programmed and we came to get the car, but only two of the doors would unlock with the key fob, They told us if we wanted to fix that It would probably be another $300 of diagnostics and another $700 part but they couldn’t guarantee that it would Fix the problem(keep in mind that the doors worked perfectly before we brought it in the key fob just wouldn’t unlock them) We told them that we were not gonna just keep giving them money to solve the problem that didn’t exist before we came in so we took the car. On the way home, we noticed that the screen for the heat and air conditioning is randomly no longer working. So now after $800, my mom has a car that only unlocks with the fob from the passenger door in the back passenger door on top of that the customer service was absolutely terrible.
