I am currently working with Carlson's as a recommendation from Dave Morton auto. Sales. They have some convenient options for after hours. I left the vehicle overnight as I work noc shift, and unfortunately they were unable to find the issue at the time. (The car is dying randomly). However when I went to pick it up, after being told it was fine, I got less than one minute away, the tzone in Lancaster and it died again an this time the check engine light and battery light both came on. You would think this would lower my review, the waste of time an money going back and forth, Uber rides etc, but this issue my car has is random an I can't fault them for that. I'll be updating this review based on the final results, but I have no reason to assume anything negative about Charlie's. I'll be calling them asap to see if they can scan the check engine code an set up another time to drop it off again. In the meantime, they seem honest and helpful and so this is my preliminary review, based on that.
Update: They fixed the issue. It took one month. They did not just fix the wrong thing an call it good enough. So the time it took was worth it. A touch faster would have been nice but ultimately doing the right thing takes time. For that 5 stars shall remain.

A mechanic I trust suggested them for my AC. I called, it rang twice and then someone picked up, breathed a few times, and hung up. I then called again and no one answered. I even called three more times to no answer. They clearly have enough business and don’t want anymore.

We were traveling through Oregon and our cv axle stared going out. They had us in and out the next morning within 2 hours. Great service and honest people. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about these guys and this shop. I am from put of state and hit a deer out of town and NEEDED to find someone honest. I read a few reviews and started calling around. On the phone I could tell his honesty and sincerity. He didn't have a spot for a few days but if I got it in he'd take a look as much as he could through the day. It didn't take too long to really assess my situation and they helped me out with all I needed without over charging at all or even give a hint of trying to take advantage. It was the opposite. I felt so taken care of like I was family. I highly highly recommend this shop!!!!

Called yesterday for quote to replace power steering pump etc al due to leak. Was told it was rarely the pump, but most likely the hose. The owner offered to take a look. Went in this morning and he said it was indeed the hose and could have it done in a couple of hours. They drove me home and picked me up when truck was ready. I appreciated their honesty by not having me change out the whole system, they were courteous, professional and finished right on time. I also appreciate how they could fit me right in. But the best part was not having to wait in the heat! The drive home and pick up was superior service not offered by any other shop that I have been to. Price was very reasonable and was actually less than the quote! Will be using them again!!!

Couldn't ask for better service. Literally had vehicle towed out of Power Kia because they had the vehicle for 21/2 weeks before coming to a conclusion of problem and then wanted $2000 more than Carlson and in the end could not even get what the car needed. Carlson's treated us AWESOME AND had the car on the road within a few days. Keep in mind we had purchased 11 vehicle's from Power Kia in last 5 years and they know these are for commercial use ( costs us approx. $380 a day down time and 2 drivers making 0 paycheck). Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CARLSON

Wow, this man Shawn Carlson is the reason I still have faith in people. He goes over and above the call of duty to give the customer great service and a fantastic demeanor. I will be a customer for life!
