After having a love hate relationship prior, I HAVE LEARNED the hate part was personal error, and Central Willamette Credit Union has continued to SHOW UP and SHOW OUT for me for 9 years strong. None other does it better.
Period!

They gave me a fee of $875 for insurance for a car I don't even own anymore.
I told them it was towed and scrapped and yet they still say they can't reverse the $875 fee.

Becareful if you use this credit union. Very poor customer service and they make it very hard to pay off your loan. Experience with unfriendly people who don't care about helping. I have never dealt with such a horrible customer service group. Keri Elrich will never reply or hang up on you if you happen to get her. Wow what a disaster this CU is.

I am so grateful for cwcu. Over the years, they have worked with me through two bankruptcies, a couple of account closures due to my own hurdles being unemployed as my job closed. Every time I contacted them, whether current or delinquent, I have been treated with respect and understanding. Thankfully, I am employed again and happily back on track

Sooo frustrating. Every payday I mobile deposit my check and I always get an email notification not too long later that my deposit has been approved.....Today I got the email at 11:29am....it's now 12:30 and I still don't have access to my money....just send the email later. It should not be this hard???

What a great experience I just had over there with Alycen, Gabriella and Laura. They were warm welcoming and extremely professional in handling all my banking needs. Got me set up with a checking account I couldn't be more pleased. Also the branch manager Haley is doing an amazing job the performances of the professionals that work at that ranch I feel are a direct result of good management and training. Thank you ladies for making it easy and enjoyable in getting my finances in order.Joey like a? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This credit union has been wonderful the employee that work there are really caring and are an asset to the credit union., i have never run across one person working there that is not friendly, caring, professional , and helpful. I have been banking at a large bank for 40 years and their customer service is the worstni have encountered lately. I will move my accountsvin the near future, and that bank has nothing in it worth staying there for in fact i plan on opening another account at willamette credit union soon and if i have the money i wii move my money to them. I give then outstanding on every thing they do.

Have had an auto loan with them for just over 1 month. Nothing but problems. I’m about ready to just park the car in their parking lot, light it up and leave it there for them to repo. It’s not worth dealing with them anymore.

I had the privilege of being helped by a wonderful employee named Kristina Aldrich… she was the most professional, helpful and polite person I have ever dealt with while making banking transactions. Good for you to have such a Wonderful team member serving your Customers!

Worst credit union in the valley. They are thieves. They continue to charge you after you close accounts. I would steer clear of tgis fake bank

This place is a place to avoid. I am thankful I have another credit union that is far superior. We sadly financed a car with this bank and even a simple attempt to change the auto payment is a feat not for the meek. Several calls, messages and 2 online forms later we can only hope it correct. Inconsistent customer service, you may get someone nice, you may get a nasty replies. We even bother with a place like this when there are so many others that are far superior.

I have banked with a credit union my entire adult life and have always found them to be the most helpful and least bureaucratic of financial institutions. CWCU however is the worst credit union I have been a member of. The customer service is inconsistent at best. And the crazy red tape I have to go through to bank there is ridiculous. My banking is irregular because I am paid exclusively on commission. So my checks vary drastically in timing as well as in deposit amount. I just deposited a large commission check knowing that not all of the funds will be available immediately. I am used to this, but do expect to have access to a portion right away. (I’ve got bills to pay!)Imagine my surprise and frustration when I discover that all of my funds are being held up for the next 10 days. No valid reason for this. I am livid.
