This place is horrible, we go to set up and account and since we were notified that we needed to bring a piece of identification, we brought one. Then the banker we speaked too told us we needed another piece of information, this was around 3:24 that she told us we needed another piece of id in which we we only had one, Then the lady said if we came back by 4 pm with another piece of id, she would help us, after going to our house and coming back, we speak to the receptionist and she goes to speak with the lady that was helping us, she then says she can’t help anymore because she is helping another person and is gonna take up the rest of the day, this place is awful and these people suck, there all useless, and Alicia, please do a better job at what your doing because this is unacceptable. Mind you we’ve been rescheduled once already and now we’re getting rescheduled once again, see what I mean, useless.

Bad service they don't awnser the phone and when I made an appointment they said I was 2 min late and couldn't see me never bank with this branch

I have stopped in twice now to try to open an account, both times they did not have time for me.... I will be banking online with a different bank, the only reason these days to be with a bank that's close to you is for the convenience of better customer service and I found absolutely none inside this banks walls.

Probably the least helpful Chase branch we have come across.My husband needed to find out why suddenly there was a hold on a paycheck when normally $500 is made available immediately when cashed by mobile, no matter the check size. It has been like this since we have had our bank account with Chase. No banker was willing to help my husband find out why, instead they told him that he shouldn’t have been getting the $500 in the past, yet most every person we know who has an account knows this and has had this happen too. So they lied to his face, told him to call a number where he will have to wait an overextended amount of time, when he only has so much time for his breaks - and well, life! We normally don’t go to this branch and there’s a reason. Went to a different branch and they went above and beyond and helped him solve the problem immediately.Maybe figure out how to train your incompetent employees better if everyone sits and spins on their thumbs when customers come in with real banking issues.

Been trying to set up a checking account for two weeks can't get help, no one answers phone. I'm going somewhere else to bank. Went in and didn't get helpped.

My bank branch just closed and I was excited to open 2 corporate accounts with the South Salem Chase Bank.That decision was the easy part!After all the red tape, I felt like I was signing mortgage papers there was so much! It took about 3 hours. They wanted more documents than the IRS at an audit!!!On the checking account, the agent could not even figure out the basic check ordering process. Needless to say, I was sent payroll and accounts checks and not basic business checks like I showed him.I actually had to contact Deluxe and straighten that mess up myself.....so much for service at my new bank.Then, I got an email telling me to call the bank rep. at the credit end to set up my corporate credit card. THEY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR 45 minutes before I hung up. Still haven't gotten that taking care of!When I have called the branch (4-5 times), it took me down a hole and wasted hours of my time bouncing from line to line trying to reach an actual person. BS!!!!Wish I had been warned. Hoping Chase become easier to to deal with in the future. Key word: HOPE. :)

Chase bank is disappointing, if you have a small business "RUN" these folks wont help you at all. I spent 2 days on the phone with the online system, finally to be told to go to the local branch on Hathorne the guy there was so rude but I realized that he just needed out for lunch and my loan approval from the SBA meant nothing to him. I decided to go to the Chase bank on Commercial and then it gets worse. I have never run into a company so cold and so unwilling not to help. I mean all I needed was a business checking account to drop the SBA money into WOW, I just got the run around for 2 days. What freaked them out is that I have 2 businesses OMG what a problem. I asked the night before WHAT do I need to bring, (Oh just the employee In number) then I get there, 1. Oh do you have a copy of the SBA letter? Oh do you have a certified copy of your Montana business. I TOLD CHASE many times I was on a 1 week time limit for this loan and Chase nefariously burned up 4 days for me. WHY on earth would a bank do this to anyone is beyond me. I suppose this bank would be fine if you don't have anything complex like owning 2 businesses

I'm 51 years old, so have banked for quite a few years. Today, I just went into this Chase Branch after being advised to do so from Chase phone support. I've never needed more help because of Identity theft. And never been treated so badly in all my life when needing banking help. Alicia, I now understand you don't care, but if your Manager has any heart at all they will help you find a different job. I left without any help and a promise I would stress my feelings on how I was treated. Shame on you Chase for having employees like Alicia.
