We had our R.V trailer parked here for 2 years we didn't have any issues until thieves broke into the lot overnight and broke into several rv's and storage units, they ended up damaging our door frame and one of the side compartment locks. I was contacted by management and told we could leave if we wanted to, we were alright staying, We we're always on time with our space rent and never gave any problems to management. I gave a 30 day notice over the phone since we were moving, I was never told to come into the office for any reason. I was still charged more space rent after the 30 days, the manager stated she was done dealing with me, she doesn't have me as a problem anymore and hung up on me. like I said, never a problem before. Manager needs to learn people skills and treat people with respect!

Office manager is extremely rude and hung up on me saying I didn't pay when it's a automatic withdrawal monthly then tried charging $70 for a late fee thar was their mistake. Don't bother with these people the hours suck too.

I went in inquiring a storage unit & LeAnn Eden, Manager was extremely rude & disrespectful to me when I was being kind.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming in here to experience her horrible customer service & negatively for no reason.
LeAnn clearly hates her job & her life, can’t quite understand why she is still in business.

I would give this a negative if I could! I had to give it a “1”, even though it is not even that good!!!Our units were broken into 5 times! The rate went from $280 to $375 in less than 3 months, that’s just one of the units we HAD.The employees are rarely available in person. When available the employees are unhelpful and rude! The worst part; at least 25% of our items are ruined from rodent urine and poop!!! Plus, you will be forced to pay for insurance! Which covers none of the mentioned loss or damages!Those I have dealt with since the new owners have been rude, sarcastic, and extremely unprofessional!!Do NOT RENT Public Storage!! The worst place in town!!

I knocked on the door. I was dressed in my uniform. I am a business owner. The first words out of the lady's mouth was, "what do you want?!"I was caught off guard, and I politely said, " I am interested in renting a storage unit. Do you have any available? "She said. "No! We are completely booked up!"I don't know why she was acting so unfriendly. And even mean and rude. I was nice and continued being nice. I said that because I see some of the owners responses that if the customer is nice, they will be nice. But if customer is rude and cussing, they are not welcome.I didn't have a chance to be rude, it all happened too fast. I was just flabbergasted that someone would treat me so bad before i even opened my mouth.

Horrible customer service. Lady slammed the door on me for not wearing a mask. Also gates are wide open for anybody to go in.

Filed a complaint with the BBB. Completely unprofessional, unreasonable, and rude. Called to make my payment and was harassed and told "they're going to block my number if I kept calling"...most childish and ridiculous behavior i've ever encountered from someone that owns/runs a business. Do not store your crap here.

The manager is extremely rude and won’t let you get a word in edge wise. It’s almost as if she wished you didn’t rent there so she didn’t have to deal with people. The owners should really get someone who understands customer service so they don’t lose profitable business. The units smell like mold and are musty and old. You can’t enter or leave without checking in with her and she’s so grumpy you just don’t want to deal with it. The hours they stay open are only until 6pm and they close often without notifying you. It’s the worst place to rent I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

I just got screamed at by a employee or owner and it was very cruel I was walking my mother's dog we were across the street for more of her walk she went potty and I picked it up in a bag we crossed and were on the sidewalk area the dog started to go in lawn I was even saying no let's get off area and then was not even on theirs property and she came out screaming it was just so ridiculous to treat people that way I showed her I had picked up her p*** and it wasn't even on her lawn when she went. There are ways to handle things and this is just not it I will not ever use their services

Listen to the one star reviews! Very rude and discriminated against me for not having a 9-5 job. Called me a “liar” I was extremely chicken back by the rudeness of the Storage Place I would not send my worst enemy there!!!!!!

Absolute WORST place to rent a storage unit at. The lady is extremely rude and should not be working with customers if she hates people so much. I cannot believe they are still in business. She should definitely readjust her attitude if she wants to stop getting such negative reviews.

Hands-down the rudest lady I have ever dealt with. We were there over a year. She has no patience to answer questions and she misfiled our credit card saying it didn't work. We don't even have a MasterCard. She was so rude and I told her she was. She said she was mailing a letter giving us notice in 30 days.
