Our new go to Salon! Brought our 4 year old to Gene who was recommended by another stylist. They did a fantastic job and I am excited to go back for my own hair and a lip wax. They have toys and coloring books for the kiddos (if you bring them, it’s a lovely space for grownups too). Inclusive atmosphere for all humans! Very cool/hip without the pretense. Gene is talented, experienced, and charismatic. Thanks Court Appearance Salon see u soon.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Aero was so chill and patient as I was trying to figure out how short I wanted my face framing layers. They gave me the exact cut I wanted for a very reasonable price ! The vibes at this salon are so welcoming as it’s filled with the coolest people. Thank you again, Aero and everyone else at Court Appearance !! I left with stunning hair and lifted spirits :)

Aero made my hair dreams a reality!! They heard what I wanted and brought my vision to life better than I could have ever imagined. To top it off, their services were extremely affordable (which is hard to find nowadays). Accidentally finding this salon was such a win. If you’re alternative, queer, or just love to be in a welcoming space full of cool people while getting some self care done then look no further, this is the spot for you.

I just got my haircut here and it’s 11/10. Snarfy followed exactly what I wanted and then made it better. My last haircut (different hairstylist and place) I left in tears and didn’t stop for weeks. This haircut left me with nothing but energy and giddiness. They treat you like a life long friend than a stranger. I’ve never had a better experience than at Court Appearance today. I will from now on be making Snarfy my permanent hairstylist. If you’re worried, don’t be. You will not regret it.

I have been a client at Court (Snarfy is my person!) for a number of years now. I live in PORTLAND and I drive to see Snarfy in Salem. Why? Because they are the best. Their space is the best. The welcoming vibes are so real.
Snarfy is a RAD human and the environment they have created, not just for their clients but for their stylists, is NEXT LEVEL.
I will never stop talking about how much I love this place.
SO-long story short- if you are looking for vibrant color and expert hair care- coupled with great friendships and company- THIS IS YOUR PLACE.

This is that than which there is none greater. Try and find something better and you'll always fail. This is like being at absolute North, every other place you can go is simply lesser by comparison. That's what I mean when I say this place is the best. You could try to improve upon it but that would at best dilute the perfection that they have achieved or at worst pollute it.Services: Braids
