I wish I was able to not give this salon even 1 star Absolutely terrible customer service. Yes, they might do a good job on nails, but the way they treat people is unacceptable. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in a place where I’m PAYING for a service. Every time we asked for something (which is completely normal in a nail salon), they acted like we were bothering them or forcing them to work. Their attitude is rude, cold, and unprofessional. It’s like they forgot that customers keep their business running. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect. the same few women working here have the worst attitude. It’s like they hate their job and take it out on customers. The only person who’s actually respectful and kind is one guy who works there — he’s the only reason I ever came back. But I’m not putting up with the disrespect and cold behavior anymore. We PAY for a service — we’re not begging. Yet they act annoyed and bothered by every simple request. They seriously need to learn customer service before they lose more clients. 👎👎👎👎

Rushed pedicure, paid for the bath bomb thing and only stayed in the water under 5 minutes, was questioned repeatedly about not wanting gel. I am allergic, the regular nail polish seemed old or something. It chipped within 24 hours. That being said our nail designs were cute.

Specialties: I had dip powder nails. It’s been 4 weeks and still are solid on all edges of every nail. Every nail has a design so I paid a little more but I will definitely be back!

I always have an amazing experience when I visit. Even when I take a little break when I go in it's like I never left! Everyone does an amazing job. I love that they are open until 7 pm, it's very helpful for work hours on my end. I love that there is always a good conversation to have with the ladies, and the gentleman there is so funny!!! He always makes me laugh when he does my nails! I always go back, and I will always refer new people!!

I leave so happy with my nails EVERY SINGLE TIME. Bill is my absolute favorite, he does an amazing job and is extremely detail oriented. The SNS dip powder is a MUST! In the past I've always had to do tips because my nails were too fragile and would always break. Now they're long AND healthy. I always look forward to coming here. Thank you Bill for always taking such good care of my nails!
