Something very off about this store. They overcharge me and my wife by hundreds of dollars and then said their machines didn't work, and that they could only take cash. I also asked them to combine our monthly account they said they would do it right then and there, and it never got done. This has happened more than once not sure what's going on but regional management definitely needs to take a look at how this store is being run.

The all female Crew was very rude and over charging customers for a new line is crazy went to another provider down the plaza got a better deal customer service needs to change 😏

Very very helpful staff. Yesenia answered all my questions and helped me understand everything and was very patient and kind. Definitely staying with cricket for awhile.

Amazing customer service from Aurora and Naomi. Friendly yet very professional. Being helped on little things that can help save money like autopay is always appreciated and to even open the door at the end definitely finished it up as top notch service. If it wasn’t so far for me I’d definitely have this be my preferred location. Thank you ladies!

Imported from t-mobile to cricket since t-mobile prices were too much for me. Nataly and Valeria were very helpful and knowledgeable with setting up my phone and were also very kind. I recommend shopping there!

Horrible experience with the two ladies at the desk. I simply walked in for a port in they quoted me close to $400 and that it came with free case and all these extras. Well I did simple 3rd grade math and it was way off so I asked her to break it down please. She got nervous and told me my phone # did not qualify for promotion. I had mentioned I had called cricket and run my number and it qualified I walked into another cricket but they didn’t have the phone I was looking for. They just shut the door and rejected me when I asked if they could explain. Long story short it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. And they almost ruined it. thanks to online shopping I was able to gift her the phone she wanted.

I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at this location!
Prices are way lower at the Woodburn, OR Location. My spouse was sold one of the slowest phones he has ever purchased with cricket. He was charged for a case that he never requested. Plus this store fails to tell clients that they will automatically be billed for insurance. This minor detail caused us to be without service when being out of town away from our son. Then they were trying to charge us a $23 fee to resume our service. We requested a refund the next day after purchasing the phone, we were told that we would not get a full refund if we when that route. Instead the we could pay $30 more for a different phone. When going to return the phone for a new one, the manager I believe was the one who helped us was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes when we started to explain the situation and was speaking to us with a rude tone. Please DO not COME to this cricket! Worst experience of my life!
