I get all my prescriptions through CVS, recently moved to Salem.
This locations hours are not accurate. I’ve driven 20 minutes there and then back 2-3 separate times on my work lunch, on another time around 4pm. Only to find that when they are supposed to be open, their shutters are closed.
Now I don’t know how much your guys time is worth, but I’ve lost more $$$ going back and forth in my time, and then to not eat for work, worth far more than the cost of the medication.
If you can, use a different pharmacy. The people here are nice, the inconsistency is not worth it.

Always great service but sometimes I have to wait a day or two for my meds. But they do call and text when they are in immediately.

The pharmacy is great at letting me know when my prescription is ready or if I need to contact my provider to renew it. They have even checked for a cheaper rate with other Rx options for me!

Automated phone system leaves a lot to be desired. I needed to speak with a pharmacist about a prescription, after going around and around with the automated system, the best I could get was leaving a message, and it said they would get back to me within an hour. Time is limited, I can't wait around the phone for an hour for them to call back. Turns out it's quicker to jump in the car, and go to the pharmacy and ask the question in person than to wait by the phone putting everything else on hold while waiting. With other pharmacys, if you indicate you need to speak with the pharmacy, they connect you or put you on hold until someone answers.

they were so helpful. I go to CVS in Maryland and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. This was literally so easy. I’ve been trying to refill a medication at my home CVS for three months and here it took five minutes.

Lied to the pediatric office saying they could fill a prescription but can't understand how to process a child with two insurance plans. Stupid staff stupid policies don't bother.

The staff at CVS Pharmacy in the Center Street Target are very helpful and treat their customers well with personal service. When my Blue Cross Insurance informed me that CVS was no longer a preferred pharmacy under my insurance and encouraged me to change to another pharmacy, I asked them to tell me just how much I would save on my prescriptions if I changed. It was a very small amount when I considered the excellent service I receive from CVS. I declined to change pharmacies. I do not believe your insurance can force you to change pharmacies.

They don't even have a pharmacist today, which means they can't open. It's extremely unprofessional and it's putting people's health at risk.

I never really have a bad experience here. My kid’s pediatrician office is about 3 blocks away and from the time the doctor sends the prescription to us arriving it is always ready. They are always fast and efficient. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I always tell people to use CVS inside Target. It’s my favorite pharmacy in town.
