I'm pleased with the service provided by the D&D Satellite. The Technicians (Greg & his coworker who I didn't capture the name) showed up at my door step on time for the service appointment. The technicians were very professional, completed the job efficiently, and left job site tidy. Within an hour, three satellite dishes on my house roof were removed, the dangling and tangling wires from the Satellite dish to the cable box were disconnected and removed. They also hauled away the Satellite dishes so I don't have to worry about recycling. The service quote is reasonable. I highly recommend.

We needed to have one satellite dish moved to a new location and another dish removed. We are about 40 miles from Salem but they came within a day and did the job quickly and efficiently.
And, the cost was less than expected!
I highly recommend them.

We have used D&D for several years, and have had nothing but positive experiences. We have always been able to schedule an appointment with a quick turn around time whenever our internet goes down. The tech’s are very knowledgeable, and efficient in fixing the problem.

Polite, efficient and prompt. The mounting of our dish was done quickly and neatly. No mess left behind. TV was checked to make all was correct. A small sales pitch but not pressured. Thank-you

At this day and age, people do not want to be signed up for a contract for service before they even get it all figured out. People are struggling to put food on the table, myself included. A 2 year mandatory contract with a cancelation fee for every month left is too high of a risk. They cite that its to cover free installation, but honestly, id rather pay that installation fee than be held liable for a future I cannot predict. I took my business to T-mobile and get just as good home internet as D&D offered with no contract.

Totally awesome group of folks providing amazing service to set up Dish satellite in our RV! A friend recommended this company when we needed help with our TV situation in a prior RV. Now that we are full-timing in a different RV we needed help setting up our TVs and connecting with the DISH satellite dish.Mike, Greg, Dennis and Celeste were very knowledgeable and really helped us figure out our best options!
