Sometimes hard to find an employee if you need help outside of golf, shoes, or the front desk. Store is generally clean and mostly has what you're probably looking for.

They have tons of items on the shelves with massively incorrect pricing. Some items with no pricing at all. If you're not paying close attention, you'll find out the item you thought was $9.99 is really $39.99 or more.

nobody helped anyone get there shoes and 15+ people were waiting never got my shoes after an hour and a half of asking and putting it in the machine

We were given the size and type of track spikes 4 times, I’m not sure why. The security guard and 3 employees were kicking around a soccer ball in the entrance for like 30 minutes. The cashier and other employees seem to not care if we stayed or left. Not a good experience.

Today we went to Dick’s to purchase a lawn dart set. It appeared they only had one set in stock. It was a Triumph Lawn Dart Set. This set looked well made and was priced reasonably. It was obvious by the resealed box and very slight use it was a return, which was fine with us. The cashier Vanessa was so nice and helpful checking to make sure they didn’t have anymore on the shelf or in the back that were unopened. As this was the only one, Vanessa called the manager. The manager was equally nice and helpful offering us a very generous discount. We really appreciated Dick’s great customer service. We will certainly be returning to Dick’s when looking for other sport related items.

Went to purchase a pair of men cross trainer shoes. When I could not find them my self, I asked a staff member she said that there right here and the Brooks brand was at the other end and she walked away. I walked to the other end of the shoe section and only found foot ball item. Went back to were I was and the Brooks were right behind were I was standing. Never found any Trainers so I walked out. Drive 10 miles nothing. Sad just sad staff not helpful, but security guy was great.

Me and my mother went into to get some football gear, our card declined because of fraud while we were on the call with the bank he made sure we felt welcomed as well as kept a good conversation! 5 stars for our guy bryce!
