This place is a mess always. Stuff is on the floor, in aisles that it doesn't belong in. Shelves are empty, and the staffing of the registers 1 clerk for a line of 5 people. It's great to be nice to customers but when people are waiting, maybe that's not a good time to hear someone's life story!

Hands down the dirtiest Dollar Tree I have ever been in. Their floors are covered with merchandise, spilled items and caked on dirt. I'd be embarrassed own/manage this location.

This store next do to my gym. The are a great store to buy water. Typically they have items trash on the floor. Today I had to wait for the manager to bring 10 dollars because the cashier do not have any 5 dollar bills. This store desperately needs to more employees. The bathroom was unlocked and clean.

I've never, in my entire life, seen a store like this. The floor has never been mopped and most likely rarely sees a dust pan. There were food stains and molded pieces of food on the floor and shelves. This place is disgusting.

Filing a report with corporate, but this is by far the worst Dollar Tree in town. The old man worker who likes to sit right outside the front door and smoke cigarettes is crazy. Not only did he follow me through the store harassing me as I was trying to shop, he then ACCUSED me of stealing then he refused to check my bag or receipt that I had with me from Walmart to prove I wasn't stealing and continued to yell at me while I was in tears without a moment to explain. When I called back to get names to file a formal complaint, I was hung up on numerous times by a female worker with a bad attitude. This all happened between 11:30am-12:45pm on 6/18/24 at the location right next to Planet Fitness. I will be letting all my friends and family know how they treat their regular customers and will be complaining until there is resolution, because this behavior is unacceptable

Today I was accused of stealing in the store when I've gone and multiple times what bags before The man on shift harassed me followed me down me aisle accusing me of stealing while I had items in my hand I kept telling him to check the cameras and to look at my receipt and he wouldn't do it he kept accusing me more We tried calling the store to get his name and they kept hanging up on us after 11 different tries. I go to this dollar store almost five times a week I have never felt embarrassed or harassed like this ever This man has seen me in the store before it's not my first time and for them not to cooperate and give us the name of the man on shift that accused me even though I had receipts and told them to pull up the camera and had all my items in my hand not in a bag and for him not to listen I would give them less of a star but I can't. Like I said I go in here all the time never been treated like this never been accused of stealing I bought PS5 games and a big Bluetooth speaker I know the dollar store doesn't sell and you wouldn't look at my bags you want to look at my receipt You wouldn't look on the cameras You just wanted to accuse me Make me leave the store and then not want to cooperate and give us the only man on staff none of the females came to talk to me none of the females followed me just this one single man and then his too cowardly to give his name out so if you're a single lady small doesn't matter what you look like and you go in the dollar store this man will harass you and accuse you of stealing. If I would have stolen I want to put this much energy into this You go ahead and look back on the cameras It was around 12: 20pm 12:30 pm today.

I don't know what's going on here at this Dollar store I get that there it's a cheap store but this is completely unclean I'm sanitary there is stuff all over the aisles most of the aisles are fairly empty can't tell what anything is or where it goes cuz it's literally everywhere disorganized the store itself you walk in and it's an overwhelming smell of urine I have watched one of the managers here some guy with a bunch of tattoos sitting outside smoking for the last 2 hours all over his phone not doing jack squat and one other employee in the store filling up balloons not seen one person clean the store re shelf or organize anything pick anything up. Very disappointed in their selection and their product very disappointed in the staff that supposed to be working here and getting paid to work here not to sit outside on your phone and smoke and not do anything have you got time to sit outside and smoke you have time to be cleaning those aisles or reorganizing those shelves maybe actually ordering the product and things that need to be in your store so disappointed so disgusted have no intentions or plans of coming back but do have intentions of plans on emailing the owners incorporate to let them know just how disgusting their stores are being ran down here.

Store is a wreck. Spilled and squished stuff event where. The slowest cashier in existence, 20 people backed down the aisle waiting in line. And all the shelves are bare and gross.

Went in today to look for an item that I saw earlier. The line was at least 10 people deep. It looked like a hurricane had gone through there. What is going on at this store? Are they lazy?
