The staff are almost always nice, the issue is that there’s usually only one person working the counter. I understand this is a corporate issue- so my message is this: hire more people. I get a 10 min break and it’s nice to pop in and grab a snack, but I’ve had to leave without buying multiple times due to long lines and a severely understaffed store. Most days there are max of two employees to cover that ENTIRE store. I know it’s not for a lack of applicants, so do better.

Im not one to leave reviews, but this was a frustrating experience! Their store is clean and organized! I came in with my 2 year old daughter to get her a few toys, she took a few toys off the shelf and a book and threw it on the ground she then went to the next aisle I was down that aisle for no more than 2 minutes before a male employee or manager walking around stocking the shelves, made an announcement that another employee was needed to clean up the mess that was “just” made down the toy aisle, which I was going to circle back around and clean and teach my daughter to clean up after herself but I didn’t get the chance to, I went to the checkout and that same male employee went and made an announcement to thank the person who cleaned it up and then scoffed and said geez and made sure that I could hear it after that announcement . And maybe don’t talk about other harassment issues you’ve received at that store loud and clear for customers to hear, I work in retail sometimes messes happen it’s part of working in retail and customer service if you don’t like it maybe go work fast food!!

This is the best Dollar Tree store in town. Always clean and well stocked. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
