The worst customer experience I can say I've ever had in 30 years. I never post complaints until today.The rude, nasty and angry words from the worker today I heard at myself and a homeless person I was helping do laundry for would make anyone cringe and wonder how she keeps her job. Refusing service, keeping money out in a washer, not describing why she's refusing service....when homeless person left I asked why she's refusing him service and then she turned on me . I asked her to please return the money in the machine and return my things and she called the police.Support for this place with one more quarter is just wrong------------Ok. I will email below. I did go back later and the other worker was very courteous and respectful.What I forgot to say also is the woman that refused service physically blocked me from entering to retrieve my jacket.. which was gone. From what I gather is she allowed the homeless gentleman to retrieve my things and he did not give it to me... When I went to get more money and return this is when she told me I couldn't enter when I tried she put her hands on my chest and pushed me back. Because I had belongings inside I eventually got past and looked for my things and then left because she was reporting us to law enforcement... I should have stayed and addressed her crossing my boundaries and pushing me from entering.Ok I.

I love going to this laundromat. Very clean. Machines work great. I love that they have a bathroom and a TV to pass the time. I wish I knew the lady's name that works there because she is a very hard worker and she deserves being acknowledged for it.

SUPER clean facility. The lady who works there obviously takes pride in her job. Machines are new and plenty of them. Vending machines and waiting area are VERY clean. Restroom was clean. Will definitely use them again. 15/10 would recommend to someone else.

This place is clean, great staff, and allows doggos. Only real downside is they gotta be the only laundry in town without WI-FI, it’s actually kind of a deal breaker and might start looking for somewhere else.

I would say doing laundry at a laundry mat is not anyone's favorite thing to do,But this place being super tidy,and the lady who worked the evening shift this night didn't get her name,But she truly shows she cares about her job and the people who come there!

By far the cleanest and best managed laundry mat in Salem. Excellent modern machines and comfortable sitting areas. Convenient vending machines for snacks and drinks. We even snuck to Nancy's Burgers during a cycle to grab a quick bite.
