Everytime I shop here i am met with friendly conversation and exceptional customer service. The guys take their time with each customer and always answer any questions i have. I enjoy shopping here because they make you feel like you are family or have been friends for along time.

Walked in to look around and discovered a gem in west Salem. I had a watch that needed a battery that no jeweler was able to fix, and Jeremy at this place said I got you! Watch works great and, just the customer service alone will make me come back soon. Shop had tons of cool stuff. Check it out.

These guys are always amazing. Always very helpful and very knowledgeable in the products. Josh is awesome and always makes the visits fun and enjoyable. Always a positive attitude and a smile on his face. Great store and great employees. Would recommend to anyone! 🙂💯

Kinda heartless…so I’m trying to pay for my wife’s cremation as she has tragically passed recently. I explained this to the men working there as I tried to sell my vintage body fret less fender p bass that they just couldn’t take a gamble on even given the circumstance. There I was, fighting back tears, voice trembling as I tried to sell this bass for the woman I loved more than myself. And basically nothing no empathy they barely spoke in fact.
I’ve had good encounters with this business over the years. Purchased hundreds of dollars worth of musical gear and have always been a loyal patron.
No more.
I hope it’s just the job that has them jaded… if not then they are prolly not the best of people.

Listen for whatever it's worth guys, the two gentlemen that I dealt with when I went in there were the absolute definition of courtesy, professionalism, respectful and just plain down to earth. There's not a single day that I will not recommend this place but only the place in West Salem to anybody that I know. Thanks guys! You're killing it ?

We've been to both the Lancaster and west salem locations and can say these guys are the best. Great friendly service, good conversation and don't Hassel you over anything when you browse. Definitely going to frequent both shops from now on!
