I sent photos in for a delivery weeks ago. The driver called me before my delivery to talk about it, despite trying to coordinate in advance. Delivery took over two weeks, which was disappointing. I was told it would be first thing in the morning and received a call the day of the delivery and they said they were on their way. It's only about 45-60 minutes away. Nearly two hours later, they arrived. I wouldn't purchase for here if not for their contract with Costco. Employees gave me conflicting information and the one who worked at the Costco event seemed to not even care about what he was selling and did share much info. I ended up driving from Costco to the Emerald store to get better and more thorough information.

In the spirit of the holiday season, Emerald recently dispatched a towing company to remove my car from their parking lot. I acknowledge that there were warning signs in the lot, but it was after hours and my family was filling one car to drive through the holiday light show at the neighboring fairgrounds property. Plus there were other cars in the lot. I, and my family, have been Emerald customers for many years. We will no longer be doing business with them. I recommend Hot Stuff instead

I came in with a problem regarding chlorine issues, and was told by the parts department my tri-chlor tablet feeder, and the tablets would soon be outlawed in the state of Oregon. "just like California" he claimed, then proceeded to try and sell me on a cal-hypo option without stabilizer. I decided to do my research and I can't find a single new law going into effect in this regard. It is frustrating that someone tried to sell me thousands in new equipment based off false information.I'll take down this review if I'm corrected, but it appears I was misled

Got a nice hot tub. Install guys where cool and products are good. Very happy with what I bought. Sales team seemed highly annoyed I had questions.

Been dealing with Emerald for decades. Recently replaced 26-year-old spa they had sold us, and Paul and Chris were great to work with as we removed portion of the deck built around it and the difficult removal and installation of the replacement despite the surrounding slope. Jason and his service crew had been helpful keeping the old one going for so many years, but even a top-quality product has a limited service life and we got our money’s worth. Good people, good products. 100%

Rip off bought a 8000 dallor pool and I had paid some one to have sand bring in and level all they had to do was come in and put the pool up that's if and wanted to charge me 10.000 to just put the pool up when I said everything was done except puting the pool up that was still the price they said take the excavation off which was no charge I think it was overpriced for them to quote that when all the work was done

Like others I bought a fireplace insert from these folks. I have asked some questions about the insert and how to optimize it. The first couple months they were helpful, but after that they are unresponsive to any questions I have. Whether it's about getting a new liner, putting in an outside air kit or anything else. They don't seem to care at all about follow-up customer support. The irony is I'm in the market for a tub and a pool. They lost literally 10s of thousands of $$ in additional sales by ignoring me.

These guys were so nice at the beginning selling my dad a pellet stove. Once installed these guys were very rude when dad had trouble starting his stove in the morning. I won't be buying my pellet stove from these guys

Called in spring to get outdoor fireplace fixed… was told that couldn’t get repair service till Sept… shocked me … but realized I wouldn’t use it till then anyway… nice chat with proprietorIn Sept I was surprised to actually get a call saying they would visit this very week.. the tech and asst came promptly at nine… took it apart cleaned circuit board etc etc.. took almost an hour of cheerful work. Now it’s like new after fading gradually in previous season179$ … very fair rate . This is a 13 year old stainless unit … apparently this circuit board issue not uncommon… so if you have one don’t give yours away like I almost did::))

Amazing!!! So we are one of those families that said "let's get a pool, how hard can it be right?! Within 2 days we new we were over our head. Went down to emerald and within a very short time walked away with enough knowledge and supplies to make a real go about it. The best part is we can take a water sample down at anytime and for free get a full analysis and a plan to fix the pool. Freaking amazing. I will definitely be back soon to make sure we are doing it right.

Had an issue with a Spa motor/pump about 8yrs ago. Brought them the unit and they fixed it quick and reasonable. Fast forward to August 2022. New house newer tub. Had a slow leak. I diagnosed the pump was leaking between the motor and pump. Pulled it out and brought it down to Emerald. They said “should have it ready by next week.” They called me about 6 hours later and said, “Your Pump and motor are ready”. Might be a pre-mature post since I’m waiting for the sealant to cure before I add water to the tub but..Over all. They stock the parts and knock the work out. So thankful for them to offer a In Store Repair facility for minor issues like this. Especially when I’m currently dealing with a back issue and soaking at 5am before work allows me to make it through the day. Thanks Emerald.

After equipment failure the staff problem solved and sent the right technician to fix the problem. Not only fixed but was very informative for future care. I am thrilled that the pump and filters are running like new. Thank-you. I feel the staff really cares about me and my pools equipment! Again, THANK-YOU

Called them over 3 weeks ago to set up the electrical on my new spa, they asked me to go take photos of the area where my spa is located and said someone will call me within a few days, 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard from them so I called them, the receptionist said that they mark it and apologized and that someone would call me soon. Just called (a week later again btw) and the receptionist said she's new and that she would transfer me, 9 minutes on hold so I hung up. What a waste of my time.

? I hired Emerald Pool to come and clean and setup our above ground Intex pool. I got sick and was unable to take it down over the winter but did drain it. The rain filled it back up some and the water got nasty but there was nothing I could do as I have breathing issue and am disabled. That's why I hired them and told them that was why. They came out and drained the pool and cleaned it most of the way. Then when they started filling it back up he left for another job and said he would return later that evening to check on the pool. I had noticed the pool liner was all bunched up but he said it would correct itself as it filled. I had to leave for an appointment which I told him. When I got home the pool had collapsed and flooded my back yard and patio causing about $300 worth of bark mulch we just had laid a few days before to be relocated onto our patio and lawn. I had to run out and fight with the pool to stop the mass exodus of water spilling over the sides. When I called the store, because I couldn't get ahold of the cleaner, they said the manager would call me back. Four hours later he did and them proceeded to tell me if he would have saw the order he never would have taken the job and then started to make excuses for his employee. Long story short, the pool did get setup right after I had to set it up and refill it. Then he came back out to finish cleaning it and do the chemicals. So not only did I have to pay for the service I have to pay for the bark mulch to be redone not to mention the pain I am in now because I had to setup that heavy pool in the condition I am in.
