Let’s begin with customer service, I’m being overly generous giving out one star for this. I have not ever had such rude Enterprise employees speak to me as if I were a child.The morning of the day I was to return my rental Salem still had very slippery roads, and I called the office to see if anyone could possibly come pick up the car since I felt uncomfortable driving in icy conditions. I was rudely told no they did not, and the gal said the best she could do was extend my contract out a day or so, I asked i was going to be charged for this, and she said “yes, why wouldn’t we charge you”? Then I was told I had until 5pm to get the car back. Once I pulled into Enterprise parking lot, I pulled into handicap spot, got out to hand in my keys and promptly slipped on the ice and fell flat on my back hitting my head rather hard on the ice. I mean there was no part of parking lot even shoveled or de iced or anything . Good looking out for your customers Enterprise. I should have sued you. The gal there was rude and condescending, I will not return to that location again.

There was only one woman named Angie working when I arrived to pick up my rental car. She was cheerful, competent and provided excellent customer service! Thanks for a great experience Angie!

I had to deal with insurances for almost two months and I mainly had contact with Angie and she was always working hard with a smile on her face even if she was the only employee and everytime I called she was always helpful even if I had a dumb question or needed to swap rentals from an issue.

Has anyone else realized Enterprise forces you to pay for two days on the weekends when you extend for only one day? They state in their contract instructions for after hour returns. I just spent 30 min with a representative on the phone explaining the enterprise contract for after hours, and she is still trying to charge me for two days. Than tells me (when I told her she isn't giving me very good customer service) That she is NOT the customer service department. The contract states after hour drop off instructions, she told me the office is closed Sunday. I asked her isn't that after hours? She said yes, but she had to charge me for two days because I can't return the car until Monday. Which means they are forcing me/customers to pay for two days when I requested a one day extension. Apparently, this is how they force customers to pay an extra day. Do customers read the contract they signed? Do you know that you are not required to pay for any more rental days that you did not request? They have after hour drop offs for a reason.

Awesome group! I went to Enterprise because they're one of the rental agencies my car insurance works with. I was kind of forced into a rental car when my car was totaled. Sad sad sad day for me. I loved my Scion. Aka my little blue toaster. lol This wasn't the first time I've used Enterprise and I would absolutely recommend them.

Lancaster Enterprise is truly the only branch that has made me feel it's worth writing a review for over these many years. I travel extensively between different states almost every year, and Enterprise has consistently been my only choice for car rentals. However, I've noticed that the Lancaster Branch, since the arrival of the new manager and staff, genuinely stands out as the only team that puts effort into understanding and meeting the needs and ideas of their customers. Even when some requests seem challenging for Enterprise employees, they have never let me down. I sincerely hope this team continues to excel.

The Enterprise staff at the Lancaster office did a terrific job taking care of me. They were right on time picking me up. The vehicles are cleaned and well cared for. (Angie) the young lady helping me showed me several vehicle options to choose from. Angie also made sure I was familiar with vehicle I was renting before I left. It was a pleasure doing business with her and her staff.Thank youRick Halvorson

They were fabulous. I had a car accident and my car went to a shop. I had a beautiful new car for 33 days. So professional and the car was gorgeous.

Angie and Jeff are the best. I had Covid and someone smashed my car 2 blocks from home, on my way home from the doctor. I live on the outskirts of town, was getting over having Covid and had no transportation, but Angie and Jeff brought my rental out to my chome with minimal contact so that I would have a vehicle for doctor's appointments. They went above and beyond and I am beyond grateful for all of their help. Thank you

3 stars be because they did great helping me last second get a rental at a great price BUT…after going in after 30 days, to renew the contract, they tried to charge me OVER $300 more than what I had paid in the very beginning even though they said it was the same rate….the gentleman helping me, did nothing to make it better or try and help. So I ended up paying more for 1 week, then I had the first 2 weeks I got the car. Pretty scammy I think. Won’t be renting there again.

I'm giving them 1 star because i can't give them 0. The only good part about this place is Lemaan... if I'm spelling his name right. He works hard and does a great job, but the call center is a joke. I'm having problems with a rebtal car and they hang up on me every time i finally get a hold of a person...which takes forever. Enterprise is just another company who's sent their call center over seas where english sounds like it is their 7th language. They say they can't transfer you to a specific store, so there is no way to get my issue brought up except for then to put in a request for me to be called back. Customer service is dead in america. I'd rather drink a bid light with joe biden then try to use enterprise again

Suddenly finding myself needing a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop, I made an online reservation on two hours’ notice with Enterprise on Lancaster Avenue in Salem and took a Lyft ride there. Although I couldn’t tell when making my reservation that Enterprise had no vehicles whatsoever available at any of its three Salem locations, which put Enterprise staff into a very unpleasant and stressful bind, the two employees at the Lancaster location (Matt Atkins and branch rental manager Lamon Mathison) were able to find a creative solution: they knew that several of Enterprise’s vehicles were at the nearby Kia dealership for a software upgrade. Might one of them be ready for pickup? Matt called and found out that one car was. He and Lamon organized the vehicle’s delivery to the Enterprise location, and shortly thereafter I was on my way. I had a truly lovely conversation with Matt while I was waiting, and Lamon handled the rental process and walk-around of the vehicle with grace and kindness. I was so pleased that I told both of them that I would write a positive review of my experience as soon as I returned the car. Thank you for your successful service recovery and the Five Star experience. Enterprise regional manager: please take note.

I have rented from enterprise alot in the past. But when I went to rent a car recently, the car I rented had a low tire and needed oil change and some transmission work. I got it switched out for an upgrade but it was very inconvenient and the upgrade hit a flat as well. The whole thing was capped off by me having to fight for the lower price i was promised.

Steve and Angie were friendly and made the experience smoothe. I enjoyed the christmas decor while i waited in the lobby. It was super cute inside and clean. I appreciate the manager too, I didn't get his name but he was very respectful, professional and helped me find my modified reservation in the system quickly. Steve made the best effort to help me get the rental I needed while my car was in the shop- right around the corner. And Angie was the sweetest, when I returned the car she gave me a ride back to the car shop. It was the best experience I've had renting a car and if myself or any of my friends or family need to rent a car I would definitely recommend enterprise, this location specifically. I really appreciated it. Thanks!
