The store is very understaffed. I waited in line for 10 minutes at the photo department while multiple pages went over the loudspeaker and no one responded. I finally left the store without getting service there.

I am unable to contact fedex by phone. I've tried five times. The thing doesn't understand the letter Z from the number zero. When told it was an international package the damn thing hung up on me. There is no connection to a human for help whatsoever. This company deserves 0 (zero) stars.
