DISRESPECTFUL to the community and operates at 1am making big bang explosion level sounds with beeping. Until 7am!!! 1-7am is crazy hours to be making such loud construction level noises when in city limits. The neighborhood will be calling the non emergency line and filing complaints with the city and fedex until you STOP. YOU are in a neighborhood, it's SO LOUD. This management is under horrible control not obeying not only local law but fedex policies. HORRIBLE judgment don't support this place. A nuisance lawsuit is coming your way fedex from all of us!!!! The complaints are piling up and we are recording and collecting evidence.

The FedEx Freight website offers appointment windows for your delivery, there are a 2-hour windows that you can select when your package will come if you. Must be present to receive then.
However this office does not honor those appointments and will deliver the package whenever they feel like it. Doesn't matter if you took the day off work to wait for them, there is no notice or communication and they claim it's not their fault and has nothing to do with them.... they will basically just Gaslight you until you become too frustrated and give up

I payed $300 for next day on Friday. Monday afternoon still haven't received my order. Completely unable to speak with an actual person at FedEx. Their automated system sucks ass. Will never use FedEx again if I have a choice.

Fed ex phone menu sucks. It wont take my tracking number, I cant talk to a person. I have no way to interact with this company. So frustrating.

Fed Ex is helping me now?
My delivery was dropped off at
wrong house. The pic the driver took was not my house. Fed Ex said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't call driver to tell him to pick it back up and bring it to me. Of course the person who got my delivery has my address but they haven't brought it to me.

Please be aware that FedEx Freight may attempt to collect a fraudulent redelivery charge! They attempted to make a delivery to us on a day that we have been closed for over 20 years. Our hours are readily available on google, yelp and our own website. After 6 months of communicating with FedEx freight they have decided to attempt to collect the fraudulent charge by sending it to the collections department.

A driver from the Salem, Oregon fed ex freight facility (Duane) recently offered above and beyond customer service. Duane was sent to my house for pickup of a truck axle for a core return. Unfortunately, the truck he was assigned for the day was a bit large for a residence and more suited for a commercial pickup. Duane took the time to maneuver the truck into position and successfully loaded the axle. Thanks!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Facility was clean, not too crowded during my visit. The only challenge was the street leading in (Indian School Rd)...old motorhomes, cars, shopping carts encroaching on the roadway so I had to move into the oncoming lane to avoid them. Definitely a hazard; go carefully.

Over 3 months working there, hired as a city driver and have zero complaints. Pay is good, nice people to work with and management is fair and friendly.

Completed a driver app online. Daaaaaaaaaaam that's a long apppp. Was not told in advance . Calvin you will need to obtain a Hazmat endorsent prior to beginning work here. Makes me angry. Drivers can hire on using Impact solutions and even U.S. Express and only be require to have a Doubles Endorsement. Learned this during a live Interview with Fedex directly. Funny thing is they all haul the Fedex trailers . true story. Quite angry indeed.
