Dishonest, won't do business with them again.I called to have a tank filled. I was asked how much the tank had in it and I said that it was completely empty. I run it to empty each year for a gas fireplace.They gave me a quote and I decided to have them fill it for me. I prepaid the quoted amount assuming that there might be a minor difference once filled.After filling it they tacked on a $50 fee to check for leaks since the tank was empty. I clearly stated during the call that the tank was empty and if there was going to be an additional fee it should have been stated up front. This was completely their issue but they took no responsibility for it.Well, congratulations. You got your $50 and I will never use your service again. I had been a customer for about 6 years with an annual fill up. Never again.

I ran the propane tank empty (unbeknownst to me). Called Ferrellgas and they were here within a day and a half( during a snow storm). The customer service was excellent and the delivery driver (Alvin) was so kind and helpful. He came at 720am and could tell no one was awake so he left and came back in the early afternoon. Thank you for outstanding service!

My elderly grandma paid for a very large tank and to be filled before delivery. Delivery went great, but the gentleman wasn't able to fill the tank completely, said it needed to be "topped off" in the next couple days. Over a week later and my grandmother is out of propane. We get told we will have to pay another $200 if someone is to come this weekend despite the fact that she already paid in full to have a full tank. And they also said we shouldn't disconnect the large tank in order to temporarily fill the smaller ones we have till they get here. Buyer beware!!!

Ferrell has an automated line that makes it very difficult to share delivery instructions such as the all important dispatch / delivery date.Delivery peeps are good folks, drivers are friendly & careful.

I would have given 0 stars of possible. I have been without propane for almost a week. I signed up for the keep full plan because I was assured this is the best way to prevent running out of propane which is obviously not the case. I have had my delivery cancelled by the driver for the last two days stating the road conditions are preventing delivery. There is no snow or ice in Salem. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!! Worst company to do business with!!

We pay extra to cover any issues with our tank. We had a leak, not from our negligence. We were charged the service fee for THEIR error. There IS NO program to assist anyone with their bill, no billing distribution to compensate for the costly fillup of your tank. Buyer beware, this company only cares about making money, despite this being a life saving necessity.

I have called the local office in Salem, OR and the corporate number, and I always have to wait to talk to someone. I was on hold for over 16 minutes today at the local number when I hung up and called the 800 corporate number. When I got the same recording at the corporate number I hung up. The waiting has happened at least 3 times I have called the local number.

We ran out of propane over veterans weekend.we figured delivery wouldn't be for several days. They came out Monday the 12th. I was shocked and glad!.thanks for the good fast service and on my birthday too!. Your service guys are great!!

This company has absolutely horrendous customer service and are extremely expensive for the lackluster "service " they provide. We asked one of their technicians to check the system we had before installing the propane tank and he flat out refused. The lady we talked with on the phone was also extremely rude and unprofessional.
