Jovany Cruz is such an amazing man! You are lucky to have him working for you. Right before closing on Sunday night he not only contacted the other store to find the four tires we needed for our trailer, but he had them sent over and stayed late after hours to put them on. He seriously saved our vacation that we were just beginning when we blew our tire on the freeway but he did it with a smile! Thanks Jovany!!!

I drove in without an appointment as I had run over something on the freeway. It had caused my car to make some crazy noises. They took it right in, identified the issue and fixed it. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road again. Thank you so much for your time! It is appreciated.

Got a hole in my tire and had just enough time to park it at the shop. I asked them if they would be able to replace all 4 (because that was already on my list of things to do). They had it done in about an hour, which was a huge convenience to me

I called over the phone to ask how much it would be for oil change and I was told one price. When it came time to pay they gave me a higher price than over the phone.. When I mentioned I was given a different price over the phone they said it was a mistake. They also offered to change my engine air filter for $49 extra which an air filter costs $20 and free to change in some places. I didn't do it of course. It's really annoying that they take advantage of their customers this way. Will not be going back.

Lance is keeper! He and his team was able to fix my flat on the Model 3 Tesla right away trying to drive home to the Bay Area! Top notch, customer oriented guy and holds the fort down in the front desk!!

Went for an oil change and tire check. Specifically told the mechanic I had a history of a cracked rim and to check it since I had to drive cross country later in the month. Asked if I should get a new rim. Mechanic said it was fine and the next week my tire pressure kept dropping. Not the most thorough.

Quoted me twice as much for services then my car DEALER.! Price gouging on inflation and back up at dealerships. Not the way to do business..!!
