I don't have a footlocker in my town so I had to travel about and hour. They didn't have my size so I had to deliver them to my house. I was grateful for that. However, they still didn't fit so I had to go back. That was my fault.

Poor customer service. They wouldn’t accept a shoe return purchased less than 24 hours prior and unworn. Drove to Washington Square mall location and returned with no issues.

I bought some shoes in the store next door, some sandals and then we visited the foot locker store and an employee followed us throughout the store making us feel uncomfortable and harassed and when we left she told us that we had to pay for the shoes that I bought in the other store and I showed him the Ticket and the shoes that weren't from there. Very bad experience

My go to for shoe drops, they usually have my sizes, so I don't gotta pay resell. Awesome staff, Everytime I go in!

Just went In to get some gifts for my husband since it is our 1yr anniversary today. Saw a hoodie I really liked and was looking for some Nike apparel for my husband when the manager ANGIE came up and said she was going to keep the hoodie at the counter . I wasn't dressed the best because I was gonna get ready for my date w my husband later tonight but the way I'm dressed is no reason to take stuff away from me, thinking I'm going to steal. I have enough money to be able to purchase not steal like a bum. Never shopping here again. And I have family mbrs who work for footlocker I don't need to steal.

Great customer service. They were terrific. Due to my one foot that's been broken multiple times it has a pin in the ankle so buying shoes isn't easy. I have to have a mid high sneaker. They found me a perfect shoe at a great price.
