Just went In to get some gifts for my husband since it is our 1yr anniversary today. Saw a hoodie I really liked and was looking for some Nike apparel for my husband when the manager ANGIE came up and said she was going to keep the hoodie at the counter . I wasn't dressed the best because I was gonna get ready for my date w my husband later tonight but the way I'm dressed is no reason to take stuff away from me, thinking I'm going to steal. I have enough money to be able to purchase not steal like a bum. Never shopping here again. And I have family mbrs who work for footlocker I don't need to steal.

Great customer service. They were terrific. Due to my one foot that's been broken multiple times it has a pin in the ankle so buying shoes isn't easy. I have to have a mid high sneaker. They found me a perfect shoe at a great price.

Unfortunately it's hard to find employees, the ones they have are great but to ensure they aren't robbed blind they have to limit customer capacity in the store. Once in we found some nice retro Jordan basketball shoes for our son.
