I have been a tenant here for many years. This management team is the best. I went to see Sarah the other day about a property issue and she was very kind, empathetic and professional. It was fixed the next day. They really care for this community. The pool is kept very clean throughout the summer. The maintenance team is friendly and professional. They follow up on all maintenance issues. The clubhouse is great for parties and small gatherings and the propert is clean and safe. Forrest Ridge is a great place to call home.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. The maintenance workers are excellent as the complete work within a 24 hour period of the ticket and the office employees are very nice and helpful.

Worst place to live ever, they will steal your deposit and not give you any form to where it’s at or where it went . You go in to talk to the manager and they give you the run around “ come back tomorrow” “we’ll call you Friday with more information “ this place is nothing but riddled with crooks from the people who work their to the people who live their have fun having your car broken into, walking up the hill in complete darkness. People will park their cars in the visitor spots for weeks and management does nothing, all the way to getting your car towed for backing in to YOUR OWN parking spot. This place is the quickest way to become homeless RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX

I have been trying to give my 30 days notice since last week and cannot get a hold of any staff. The office is locked with the same sign hanging saying they will return at 9:00 each day. I have left a message to their residents services website, and several voicemails each day to the main office and leasing voicemail. No one has returned my call

If I could give 0 I would. I know I didn’t live here but the number of times I called and got no answer and the back and forth with the listing agent about open units but never any follow up from them. Ridiculous. I’ve given up on my search for an apartment in Salem because none of these places ever get back to you when they say they will. The only professional and decent apartment I spoke with and toured was gateway village apartments.

I've only lived here for a couple months and it's already one of the worst. There are way too many rules that are outrageously unnecessary and demeaning to the people who spend too much money to live here. They say they have security but myself and neighbors have had property vandalized. Their emails are always full of threats. Feels very authoritarian. This place is just about the poster child of everything wrong with apartment living. Dont even get me started on the parking...omg. Great location though lol.
