If I could give zero stars I would. I got an infection and a problem of ingrown toenails because of them. SUPER over priced for mediocre or may I say BAD quality work. PLEASE don't go here , from experience!!

I was visiting family in Salem and had been traveling for almost 3 weeks so my nails were looking bad. I called numerous salons with higher ratings and all were booked. I called Forever nails and they had an opening. I must admit their lower Google rating made me feel skeptical but I had no choice. I was pleasantly surprised. The care and attention to detail was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Always come here for my pedicures!! My feet always feel and look fantastic when I leave and the staff is always friendly. The message chairs wile your toes are getting done are great to.If I have a special event of sorts and need my nails done....I only come here as well. I have huge hands and they look phenomenal when I have them done here. The older gentleman is impressive to watch. I had zebra fire tips done and he was great...I wish I had a photo of those.Start to finnish....this is our number one go to.

i went to get a pedicure and he cut my toenails way to short and the polish looks really bad. and he only massaged my legs at the very end for about 3 minutes total 50 dollars for that is insaneService: Pedicure

First of all I made an appointment and they didn't service me till about 20 mins after the appointment time. Then when I put my feet in the water it was too cold, so I asked if it could be warmer. I was ignored 3 times till I refused to put my feet in ice cold water. Then after that the nail tech had an attitude and rushed the rest of the service. My French tip came out alright but still sloppy. I wouldn't recommend unless you have 2-3 hrs to spare. I usually tip, but not today I don't like to be treated so rudely. Update: A day later the Polish started to chip which was weird since I paid for a gel pedicure. I paid $53 and it was a complete waste of money and time.

SO RUDE!!! For no reason the guy is rude and so unprofessional he throws tantrums like a child if you even so much as move any part of your body..they don’t use a bottom coat they don’t use a top coat and they don’t send you on your way with cuticle oil.. if you’re going to be cheap about every little thing down from your products you use and skipping steps and leaving out products you’re suppose to use at least make it up with good service instead of being rude and unpleasant and if your sick of your job retire or get a new one!!!!! ???Service: Manicure

I do not reccomend this place. The guy was rude and inconsiderate of what my mom was asking and wanting. And was annoyed with our friend who changed her mind on a color. The woman was nice. The man didn't even talk he was irritated and not gentle with there hands at all.

This place does not have kind staff at all. I felt like a was a bother to the gentleman at the front desk. He was super rough on my nails, was bothered when I asked a question. Told me to be happy with 1 color and got upset when I asked for another color. He said I saw lucky that he gave me an appointment because he only takes regulars. I'll never go back.
