DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! I apologize this is so long but read it all, for your own protection!!!Beautiful jewelry and good prices on some things BUT BEWARE!! I took my deceased Mother's 4 stone diamond wedding ring in to have the clasps redone (something they told me needed doing) and sizing. The "gentleman" who waited on me and who does repairs on the jewellery commented (after inspecting the diamonds) that he had not seen that high grade of diamonds in a very long time and that it was beautiful. I knew they were high grade diamonds because my paternal grandmother, who was a jeweler, made the ring for my father to give to his wife. The "gentleman" told me they would need to send the ring out for the repairs, that they didn't do that work "in store" When I got the ring back it looked beautiful so I paid the $300.00 repair bill and then put it away to give to my Son when he was ready. About 7 or 8 months later my Son wanted to propose to his girlfriend. They took the ring back to Fred Meyer to get the ring sized for her. The "ladies" who waited on them looked at the diamonds and stated "we can't size this ring for you because these are not real diamonds!" Imagine my shock and my Son's embarrassment! Obviously, SOMEONE had stolen my high grade diamonds and replaced them with Cubic Zirconia or something. Beautiful as they may have been, they weren't the high grade diamonds my Father had given to my Mother and I had inherited when she passed shortly before. I was ill from lung cancer so I couldn't take the ring in at that time. I called them and they told me I needed to bring the ring in, there must be some "mistake". When I finally got to where I was able to get out of bed I took the ring in and without saying what happened I asked them to tell me if the diamonds were real. They stated they were real diamonds. At that time I asked for the "gentleman" who had taken in the ring for sizing and new clasps so I wouldn't lose any of the previous stones. I explained why I was there and at that time he inspected the ring and stated they were real diamonds but we're not high grade diamonds at all. He acted like he remembered the ring completely without saying so. So now you would think they would get my diamonds back from the thief, offer to replace the diamonds for high grade diamonds, something to make it right. What they did was tell me to bring the ring back in about 2 weeks later when there would be a person there who would appraise the diamonds/ring FOR $130.00!!! I could not afford $130.00 to find out how poor the quality of diamonds were on top of the $300.00 I had paid to get the ring repaired in the first place and besides that, they should have gotten the ring appraised FOR FREE!! I told them that due to the cancer and all the medication I just didn't have the money. They said "well thank you for coming in". This was it?? This was all they were going to do to help me?? No sorry, no replacement, NOTHING!! I would sue them but all I have for proof was the $300.00 receipt showing I brought it in to get it fixed and a diamond ring with sub par diamonds. It is my word against theirs and do you really believe that there is a Judge who is going to believe my outrage? My Mother, Father and Grandmother are all deceased and I hadn't had the time (once I was stable enough to get out of bed) between when my Mother passed to when the Theft occurred to get it appraised or insured. This jewelery store is unbelievable and they areTHIEVES and they don't care about their customers, only the all mighty dollar they can get out of you!!! I am crushed!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I have never heard from them again even though I have called several times demanding something be done, they refuse to put the "gentleman" on the phone or return my call!!!

Regretfully chose to use the "Key Me" key copy machine located in the front of FM on Market. After already scanning in keys and prepaying...an associate in a yellow vest advised me this machine had been malfunctioning for awhile, informed me that there is a "Kroger Key Machine" in the rear of this store.I asked why there wasn't a sign posted warning customers it was malfunctioning or of the store brand machine location.The associate waited as my keys were cut and dispensed. None of the keys were even close. He advised that I go to the customer service desk, tell them that they know this machine is malfunctioning and to refund my $57.The associate at customer service was EXTREMELY RUDE, refused any refund and demanded to know exactly which employee sent me to her. In attempting to answer, she rudely turns to the next in line and yells, next.Awesome, I'm never going back for anything.

Went to get propane got there and asked the attendant if they had propane available they said yes to just give him a few minutes I waited 15 plus minutes so I decided to go and ask them again and at that point they told me that they had nobody certified for the propane so they had me there waiting for nothing

Most times when I walk into your store you don't even have what I'm looking for especially in the furniture area your furniture is too expensive for the lower class people and you never had entertainment centers that are cheap enough for lower class people and every time I ask for help they tell me I have to go online lower class people don't always have computers and phones to be able to order what they are needing it is sad that you have a physical building but don't sell the things that lower class people need

I'm a senior who has been shopping at this FM since it opened but I'm considering going somewhere else. Here's why: This FM offers carryout service. However, lately when a checker calls for a carry out, nobody shows up. Once a thoughtful customer loaded my car after a 15 minute wait. After another long wait, the courtesy clerk apologized for the delay. I asked how many clerks were on duty and he replied, "I'm the only one". One employee for carry out in a store this size is unacceptable!

I went over to the service deli to get some food since I hadn't had lunch yet. The service deli people were helping one other person, and saw me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. There was also two people helping one person. After waiting for like 10 minutes, I decided to leave. Not impressed....

Excellent service from Arlene Nunn. I had 3 separate transactions (dead battery in my watch, ring needed cleaning, and trying to ID a necklace) and she handled them all with ease and professionalism. I also made a new purchase, and she completed that demonstrating knowledge of the industry. She gave personal, focused care. Ask for Arlene.

absolutely disgusting store,I used the restroom and they had a guy hired peeking into stalls trying to stop theft! well that's nice and all but I am not steeling I am using the toilet! I will take my business elsewhere from now on!!

The pharmacy is a joke. Part of the problem is under staffing and, unfortunately, they have some employees that are more than worthless. One is named Amber. She is a middle-aged woman with long, straight graying hair. She is d*** as a box of rocks. II gave her my information. Then she said, you don't have a current prescription. I said, yes, I do. This prescription had three refills, one of which had been filled. So, this is the second one. She stands there for 10 minutes staring at the screen. After I told her that, she finally found it. She did that to me on three different occasions. Another time I had to wait 30 minutes for one they failed to fill. Some of the other employees are really helpful and pleasant. One is a red-headed young woman, I think her name is Elizabeth. She is very nice, pleasant and helpful. Another was very helpful, but I only spoke with her on the phone, so I don't remember her name. She helped me with a discount card that reduced my payment from $250 dollars for one prescription to about $28 dollars. I was more than happy. Today, I went in because I needed that same medication. I, unfortunately got in the line with Alice. A fat, short older female. I checked on a medication that wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. OK, no problem. They had more for me. She said, one was $250. That was the one that I got with the discount card that was entered in my profile information. I said I wasn't going to pay that, that was crazy. I said I got that a lot cheaper with the discount card, but not Good RX discount card because G.R.X. was costing them too much, so they stopped taking it. She typed it in, and it read $66. She started having an attitude and I just ignored it. I said, why didn't you use the discount card in the first place? She said that that was what Medicare and my prescription plan paid. She had no intention of trying to save me any money. Why on earth would I pay $250 dollars for one prescription that was about $28 last time. By this time, she was getting pissy and copping an attitude. Then she said, do you want me to remove Medicare from your account? I couldn't believe it. I am getting pissed by now and said, Oh, you're funny, a real comedian. She said something else and said, do you want to speak with the Pharmacist. I thought, they want people to pay their insane prices when a lot of people can barely afford food, not to mention medication. I first said no, then changed my mind. I asked if he saw the reviews on his pharmacy. He wasn't surprised but wasn't too concerned. Said he would speak with the staff. He told me I could call Jennifer, the pharmacy manager, and file a formal complaint or call the G.M.of the store. I thanked him for listening to me, He didn't say anything and walked away as I did. Why would I call Jennifer? Obviously, she isn't doing her job. The outside is a garbage dump. The sidewalks are filthy. The inside is better. I left Walgreens because they are even worse. I am getting too old to deal with morons and BS! I will call the Regional manager because, as we all know, crap rolls down hill.

I was looking for whole nutmeg. I was told by an employee they no longer have bin items because of Covid. Then she proceeded to use her hand held device to see if it was in the system at all. I appreciate that she took the time to try to find it for me. Great customer service.
