Everytime I go in there nobody says anything to me and each time I need jewelry they stare at me till I literally walk up to them and say I need help like you’re looking right at me. Also these girls seem to pick and choose who they wanna be friendly with lol

Their store advertises on their storefront that they sell many, many things, including shoes. I poked my head in one day to ask; they do not sell shoes.However, they do sell lots of clothes. My teenage son was pleased with their selection. We may be buying many of his clothes here in the future.The salespeople were very helpful in directing us to what we were looking for. They have knowledge on sizing and which of their products shrink a lot, despite being made completely of polyester.Two things I noticed: their wares are not returnable or exchangeable. Their receipt says "because of Covid."Also, my son wanted to try things on. There are two dressing rooms, and one was in use. A clerk told us we couldn't use the second dressing room because "the door locks from the outside." We waited patiently for the dressing room to be available.If your store's major product is clothes, would you not invest in many well-operating dressing rooms and a good return/exchange policy? Still, our visit was smooth and swift. We'll most likely be back again.

Everything is good in clothes and accessories with affordable prices but the customer service is terrible and they do not allow you to enter with a small backpack type bag or that one was with the intention of stealing, terrible service, and the people who serve do so reluctantly.

DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL, PLEASE READ:Fitting rooms are closed so you have to buy stuff and then return it but the catch is you only get store credit and not your money back. Such a rip off. It’s great for them because they still get there money even if someone doesn’t want it. This might be a deal breaker for shopping here. Open your fittings rooms and stop ripping people off.UPDATE!!!THE STORE CREDIT EXPIRES AFTER 60 DAYS BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?! WE SPEND OUR MONEY TO BUY STUFF THEN RETURN IT AND HAVE TO GET STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF GETTING OUR CASH AND THEN OUR STORE CREDIT EXPIRES!! ITS OUR OWN MONEY THAT WE WORK HARD FOR AND IT EXPIRES.., THATS SO MESSED UP AND NOW WE REALLY WILL NOT SHOP HERE ANYMORE. STOP TAKING OUR MONEY.

Really awful Customer service, all girls were rude and had a really mad face as if we were doing something to them. We weren't even asking questions or communicating with them, just shopping and minding our business.They do not honor there prices! Big signs that said one price and apereantly they were more expensive and did nothing about it (Not even take off the signs for the next customer).Was NOT EVEN 7:20 and already pressuring that they were closing. All there advertisements say they close at 8:00 pm.Affordable items however it was a horrible experience. They charge your energy instead.

Great place to walk in and get on-the-spot screen printing. Clothes are very fashionable. I like to buy 2 of everything and have funny matching outfits with my friends
