I was there a few days ago. They got new bins. They are smaller and had less trash in them. Hopefully they can keep it that way.

Don't be misled by the closing time posted on the door or the website. They don't close at 7. They close at 6:45. And starting at six, they will remind you of this every five minutes. And at 6:45, they will walk up to you and tell you personally that they are closed.
