Over the top good service. The flowers were gorgeous. The driver was very sensitive to phone and went out of way to make sure the flowers were delivered safely. Thank you for all you did to make this a special birthday for my granddaughter.

I ordered this arrangement for a friend who lives far away from me. I appreciated how easy the online ordering service was and that she was able to get her arrangement the same day. I do wish I could have been given a photo of the arrangement upon delivery to my friend’s home. I was told how beautiful it turned out.

Thank you for delivering such a gorgeous "designer's choice" birthday bouquet to my mama last week! Green Thumb Flower Box did my parent's wedding flowers in 1982 and our family has ordered many arrangements from your business in the years since. Equally beautiful with excellent customer service. Salem is lucky to have such a wonderful, longtime floral shop in its midst.

So happy with Green Thumb Florists. Everything from the ordering process, customer service, delivery, and quality was outstanding. Online ordering was super easy and efficient. I was able to order exactly what I wanted. Jennifer called me to confirm the writing on the card, which I thought was so cool and professional. Not to forget she was very friendly and polite. Delivery happened when expected and the flowers are absolutely gorgeous! I am so thankfully for everything that was done, my mom absolutely loved her birthday flowers! Great local company! I needed some flowers on short notice, I got 2 beautiful bouquets delivered the next day. Great customer service and everything looked like the pictures too.
The prices are a little steep for sure, but for the great quality and time they put into them is so worth it.
Overall a great company will use them again to purchase more flowers. 5 stars!

I’ve sent my wife flowers for her birthday for many years. Only been in Oregon a couple of those years. Back home I had a florist I used. Through birthdays and Anniversary’s etc. I have finally found my Oregon florist. Good price on what could be the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever sent her. Thank you guys a million times over!!!

Amazing customer service! Rebecca is a local florist and was fabulous to work with! She took the time to talk with me on the phone (which I have found is a rarity now days in the florist business) to understand what I was looking for! Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my order. She was extremely understanding. I am absolutely sure her arrangement would have been beautiful. I will use her if I need a great local florist in the future!
