“A friend of mine brought me in as a belated birthday gift. I spent quite a bit of time asking to see product some of which needed a ladder to retrieve. The guy helping me, I believe I remember his name-tag saying Justin, was incredibly helpful and thorough. He explained what was included with everything as well as made sure I'd be interested in my final decision by showing me examples of what came in my packs.
