The best thing about Home Depot is the price. They will often beat them on price, but the store layout, lighting and color scheme are a pain. I also had a horrible time dealing with customer service. The online customer service doesn't work well with the store.

My husband drove in over an hour to this store to buy a shed. They proceeded to have my husband swipe our card multiple times due to it getting an error. We later find out this is a known issue. The charges DID go through, MULTIPLE times x $400. No one seemed to care that we had that much money taken out of our account, promised that the charges will be reversed and only gave us a piece of paper saying there were no charges from that store to our card in the last 10 years, which makes no sense since my account shows multiple charges today with no reversals. Customer service line said they were also unable to help us. So here we are with a bunch of money missing from our account, over an hour from home, and no shed. ? Will NEVER shop at HomeDepot again. Customer service is garbage all around. Guess I'll be filing something with my bank and hope I get somewhere with them... sure it'll be multiple days before we see any of this money back..

Friendly and professional service, I drove down from Portland to get tile that was nowhere to be found except for Longview and Salem Home Depot, Salem had plenty, a big thanks, and they are open till 10 pm instead of 9, most other Home Depot stores in Portland and it’s Suburbs close at 9pm

Helpful employees lots of picked through tool deal bins displays ect.. Good selection of battery operated mowers. Sill charging the battery to my new mower so could have told me it would need to charge for several hours but I didn't ask either. Over all a good shopping experience.

Got kicked out of an empty spot by the Manager in the garden section cause he was waiting on a next day delivery. Dog was in car only shaded spot in lot. He Was Very Rude. Poor Customer service ?

Get the Home Depot App. I sign up to ProExtra because of the tools and materials I buy for my home or work. Its just another way to get rewards besides using your credit card. Careful though there is other places you can get materials cheaper.

Well maintained great leadership. Employees work hard, but are often not available to assist you. Come here with a plan very easy to get what you need and cash out quickly. Short lines at registers and selfservice items they carry are always in stock

I went to the store to order some products and the total for the products on the internet were about 500 dollars and after the cashier put a the parts into the computer the total was over 600 dollars and I told the cashier why it was over 60p when it was under 500 on the internet. he stated its because prices are different on the internet. I called by on that and left.

Wow you all are not good at all. Bought a brand new refrigerator LG, your appliance person said there have been no problems with them. It has been freezing my food, Call Home Depot within the 48 hours, they pushed me off to LG and said there is nothing they can do. I wanted to return it and get a different brand. Home Depot will not exchange it. I will never buy any from Home Depot again, and to make matters worse repair people can not even take a look at it for over a month. Update, wow, now am being told that LG can not get the part and Home Depot will not take it back, “ refund has to come LG overseas” WARNING

Great home depot to shop, one of the biggest in the area and and have the variety you need for all of your home improvements. Staff is incredible in the store and always eager to help you find what you need. Great prices and always have promotions here.
