Staff acts like you're stealing to the point that you're not even allowed to look at stuff without them asking you every 3 seconds what you're looking for, really uncomfortable environment and I left without buying anything because of it

I loved it, though there was not alot of Hazbin hotel stuff. And the escalators terrified me and my mother. I loved the shirts! It is very pricey.

My daughter really likes to dress alternatively and if you have children, they also like to dress that way this is a great shop to find a lot of the unique items that they want and are looking for the service is great and the people are always kind.

Super rude customer service employees, won't take no for an answer and push and push you to make sales and sign up for their rewards even after you keep saying you aren't interested. So annoying and pushy and over priced. Terrible place and terrible people really. Overrated

The Rock Boxx is a great place for climbing practice, working out. The staff are very competent and friendly; they are always ready to give pointers and advice on climbing, as are the clients themselves. All this makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.
